Miura comes to the ring accompanied by I Gotcha by Ken The 390. The crowd seem to be enjoying Masatoshi's choice of entrance music: [No.666]. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hao throws a series of strikes that have Thompson backpedaling.

Hao scores with a jab. Thompson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Hao uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Thompson.

Hao drives through and clinches with Thompson against the ropes.

Thompson tries to keep at a distance but Hao has taken the fight into the clinch.

Thompson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Thompson throws an overhand right that lands on Hao's shoulder, as Hao tries to avoid the shot.
Thompson throws the left hand but Hao avoids the punch easily.
Thompson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Thompson throws a lazy right hand but Hao sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hao thuds a left hand into Thompson's body.
Hao waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Thompson. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Thompson to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Chris Thompson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Ni Hao!
Ni Hao is the new light heavyweight champion!
