And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Paulo Santos and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sparrow darts in and clinches Gracie up against the cage.
Sparrow is pressed up against the cage. Gracie has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sparrow down to the mat. Sparrow avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Sparrow tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gracie paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Sparrow bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Gracie! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
It looks like Renzo Gracie has been cut.
Gracie is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Sparrow frees his head nicely. Oh but Gracie has switched to an armbar! Sparrow is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

Stallone lands a two punch combo.
Stallone misses with a few strikes there.
Nogueira scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Nogueira misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Nogueira is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Stallone is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Stallone is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Nogueira has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Nogueira tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Nogueira has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Nogueira wants to control but Stallone is keeping him busy.

Stallone is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Nogueira is controlling him well.
Nogueira goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Stallone rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Nogueira's guard! Nice work there by Stallone!
Nogueira looking for subs off his back but Stallone has passed one foot through into half guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Nogueira is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Nogueira looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nogueira looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Nogueira is looking to get back to full guard here but Stallone has managed to pass to side control instead.

Stallone get's back to his feet.
Nogueira changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stallone tries to avoid it but Nogueira manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stallone to the ground. Stallone escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A combination from Stallone does no damage.
Nogueira misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Stallone lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nogueira circles away quickly and effectively.
Stallone lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Stallone swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Stallone misses with a double jab.
Sly Stallone is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nogueira showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stallone.
Stallone lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Nogueira shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Stallone as he avoids it easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stallone misses with a series of wild punches.
Stallone works Nogueira's body with a nice hook.
Stallone ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Stallone misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A left and a right from Stallone both land. Nice combination.
Stallone throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Stallone fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
No joy there for Stallone, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stallone stalks Nogueira and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Nogueira's face. Nogueira staggers backwards, shaken.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Stallone! Nogueira is backing up but he can't get away as Stallone lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Nogueira and ends the fight. Great knockout.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Sly Stallone!
