Falaris cracks a nice hook into Conrad's ribs.
Conrad has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Falaris.

Falaris displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Conrad.
Falaris lands a two punch combo.

Conrad misses with a takedown attempt - Falaris sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Falaris closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Conrad tries for a takedown but Falaris sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Falaris wants to stand but Conrad is controlling his posture from full guard.

Oh but Conrad is tightening it up a little... Falaris has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Falaris reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Falaris taps out! nice BJJ there by Conrad!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Riddick changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fertit looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Fertit manages to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Riddick tries to pass the half guard into mount. Fertit knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Fertit looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Fertit moves into full guard.

Fertit looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Riddick gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Riddick tries to clinch but Fertit is having none of it.

Riddick shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fertit's guard.

Fertit has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Riddick should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Fertit has tightened it up now! Riddick should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
