Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, jin fooshi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mondragon Gangrena! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gangrena misses with a low kick.
fooshi tries to land a front kick but Gangrena steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. fooshi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gangrena pinned against the cage. Gangrena gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Gangrena throws a lazy body kick
and fooshi counters by clinching up.
Gangrena tightens his grip and picks fooshi up, before dumping him to the ground. fooshi manages to land in guard. Gangrena pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. fooshi is keeping the position for now. fooshi working a defensive guard here.
Gangrena won't allow fooshi to sweep him here. fooshi trying to control the position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Gangrena slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. fooshi scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Gangrena gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Gangrena throws a nice looking combination but fooshi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Gangrena shoots in but no luck this time. Gangrena looks gassed! fooshi tries to close the distance and clinch but Gangrena swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Gangrena tries to clinch up but fooshi circles away and keeps his distance. Gangrena closes the distance but fooshi moves to the side and fooshi counters with a lovely shot to the body.
fooshi throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Gangrena was covering up waiting for the punch and fooshi finishes the takedown easily into guard. Gangrena being controlled here, momentarily.
fooshi drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and fooshi jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. fooshi postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. fooshi lands a couple of digs. fooshi trying to control but Gangrena is working from the bottom. fooshi wants to stand but Gangrena is controlling his posture from full guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Gangrena wants to stand up but fooshi is controlling him. fooshi is looking to work some ground and pound but Gangrena has wrist control. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gangrena can do anything to dispel that myth. fooshi prevents Gangrena from getting back to his feet. fooshi trying to control the position from guard on top but Gangrena is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
 It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Gangrena gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and fooshi counters with a one-two to the body. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

fooshi takes the fight into the clinch. A frustrated look appears on Gangrena's face as he tries to break the clinch. fooshi tries to pull guard but Gangrena holds him up against the ropes and eventually fooshi drops back down to his feet.
Gangrena's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
fooshi looking for a takedown here - he's got it. fooshi stops Gangrena from standing up. fooshi postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Gangrena is pulling down on fooshi's head. It's preventing any offense from fooshi, at least for the moment. fooshi trying to control but Gangrena is working from the bottom.
 That's one minute gone in the round. fooshi wanted to stand there but Gangrena had control of the position. Gangrena avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. fooshi might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Gangrena keeping moving, preventing fooshi from controlling successfully. fooshi stops Gangrena from standing up.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. fooshi wants to clinch
and Gangrena counters with a nice double leg into guard. fooshi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. fooshi trying to keep a closed guard but Gangrena is proving a slippery customer.

fooshi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gangrena defends well. fooshi is trying to control the position but Gangrena postures up.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. fooshi is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Gangrena is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. fooshi tries to clinch up but Gangrena circles away and keeps his distance. fooshi tries for a takedown but Gangrena circles away easily and Gangrena counters with a two punch combo. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Gangrena closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gangrena lands in his opponent's guard.
fooshi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gangrena defends well. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Mondragon Gangrena showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. fooshi closes the distance looking to clinch and Gangrena counters with a three punch combo that has fooshi backing up. fooshi nods at Gangrena to acknowledge the strikes. Both fighters are breathing heavily. fooshi wants to clinch and Gangrena counters with a left to the body.
Gangrena forces fooshi back against the ropes and clinches.
 That's one minute gone in the round. fooshi can't get the takedown.
Gangrena has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed fooshi clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! fooshi is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Gangrena lands punches and elbows. Gangrena is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Gangrena scores with punches and elbows. fooshi is really stuck here.
Gangrena is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. fooshi turns into Gangrena and is now in his guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. fooshi trying to control the position from guard on top but Gangrena is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. fooshi postures up in Gangrena's guard and throws a big left but Gangrena blocks it.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. fooshi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gangrena's waist but Gangrena gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing fooshi off to one side. fooshi looks for the body kick but Gangrena saw that one coming. fooshi will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. fooshi takes a body punch but keeps moving. Gangrena is looking to clinch.

Gangrena tries for a kimura but fooshi is defending well. fooshi tries to bench press Gangrena off him but Gangrena keeps the position.
And that's the end of the fight! Mondragon Gangrena comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Gangrena has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Kai is trying to get an arm triangle but Kernspecht is defending well. Kai is looking to take a break and control but Kernspecht is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kernspecht tries to get back to half guard but can't. Kai tries to advance to mount but can't. Kernspecht is looking for a sweep. Kai working away. Kernspecht really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kai. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kernspecht tries to improve position but can't. Kernspecht tries to escape but Kai is in control. Kernspecht tries to improve position but can't.
 Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Kernspecht tries for a takedown but Kai circles away easily
and Kai counters with a shoot takedown. Kernspecht fights it but they end up in guard. Kai thows a big elbow that misses. Kernspecht striking off his back but it's not causing Kai any problems.

Kernspecht pushes Kai away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kai gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Kernspecht looks gassed!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duex fails in his attempt to clinch. Endo looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Duex is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Duex tries to close the distance and clinch but Endo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Endo circles away from the clinch attempt.

and Duex counters with a head kick that drops Endo to the mat! Endo scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Oh Endo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Endo fails to pull guard.
Duex putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Endo in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Endo takes a knee right on the jaw!

Duex is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Duex has Endo pressed up against the ropes in a tight Thai clinch. Endo is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Duex - that's hurt Endo badly! Oh, another knee lands and Endo is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Endo doesn't seem to be complaining.

Allen looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Allen throws a nice looking combination but Leblanc bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Allen throws a series of punches but Leblanc moves out of range. Leblanc shoots in but no luck this time. Leblanc looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Allen misses with a few strikes there.
John Allen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Allen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Leblanc has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Allen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Allen prevents a takedown attempt there.

Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Allen's head. Allen tries to get to full guard but Leblanc has control of the leg. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. Costa escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sor Kaenong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Sor Kaenong has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Costa is proving hard to escape from.
