The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belfort shoots in for a takedown but Hoon shows good takedown defense.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Belfort.

Belfort tries for a kimura but Hoon is defending well.

Belfort is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hoon knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Belfort shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hoon sprawls well. Hoon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Belfort gets slowly back to his feet.

Hoon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Belfort breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Calhoun lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Marshall has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Marshall there as he acknowledges the shot.
Marshall shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Calhoun pinned against the cage. Calhoun gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Calhoun connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Marshall's hands.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Marshall might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Calhoun has got the better of the exchanges.
