Sirovica slips an arm under Washington chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Sirovica has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Sirovica is squeezing on Washington like an anaconda would it's prey. Washington fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

A combination from Alvarez does no damage.

Kratos avoids the head kick by Alvarez.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kratos is defended easily by Alvarez.
Kratos keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Alvarez.
Alvarez tries to clinch but Kratos is having none of it.

Kratos displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Alvarez throws out the jab.
Alvarez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kratos moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Kratos shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Alvarez napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Kratos tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kratos has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kratos has knee on belly momentarily but Alvarez bucks him off and regains half guard.

Kratos is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Kratos frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Kratos has hold of Alvarez's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Alvarez manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Kratos swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Alvarez is now in Kratos's guard. A big mistake from Kratos there, giving up the dominant position!

Alvarez is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Kratos has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Alvarez is looking to defend but Kratos has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Alvarez! Kratos pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Alvarez taps out and this one is all over!
