The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Adeleye blocks the low kick.
Pound shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Adeleye pinned against the cage. Adeleye gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Pound stuffs the takedown attempt from Adeleye. Adeleye gets slowly back to his feet.

Pound has closed the distance and engaged Adeleye in a clinch.
Pound changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Adeleye fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Horrible takedown by Pound or perhaps it was just good defense by Adeleye which made him look bad.
Nelson Adeleye has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivory Pound .
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Adeleye gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Machida connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Pasta! He's out on his feet! Machida rushes in and drops Pasta with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!

Rua creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Walker sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Rua prevents Walker from escaping the position.
Rua manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Walker regains full guard. Nicely done.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Rua stands and throws Walker's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Walker has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Rua to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Walker is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Rua pulls down on the head and he's put Walker to sleep! This one is all over!
