The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morlikov throws a nice looking combination but Cage bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Morlikov stuffs the takedown. Morlikov swinging wilding here.

Morlikov is trying to get back to his feet but Cage has full control of the position and if anything, Morlikov has just worked his way into a worse spot. Cage is not going to allow Morlikov to sit and survive in this position. Cage is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Morlikov trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Alexander Cage is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Jonesy connects with a solid leg kick. Marsh seems to have got his legs back now. A solid leg kick lands there for Jonesy.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jonesy clinches up with Marsh and pushes him back against the cage. Jonesy using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Marsh has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Despite being in the dominant position, Pop Jonesy just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jonesy attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blowfish throws a lazy right hand but Lawman sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Lawman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. A cross from Blowfish lands.
It looks like Zac Lawman has been cut. Lawman fails to land the takedown. A slow jab from Blowfish misses its intended target. Blowfish lands a big uppercut and Lawman crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Lawman looks OK. Blowfish waves Lawman back to his feet!

Lawman will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Blowfish takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Lawman creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Blowfish wants to get back to his feet but Lawman drags him back down. Quake lands a brutal uppercut that launches Mir off his feet! Mir tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

Grecosaurus tries to hold on but Ginlob pushes him away. Grecosaurus looks gassed! Grecosaurus bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Ginlob keeping moving, preventing Grecosaurus from controlling successfully. Ginlob can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Grecosaurus controls the pace. Ginlob has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Grecosaurus can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Grecosaurus connects with a nice short shot to Ginlob's temple. Pentti Grecosaurus has got the better of the ground game so far. Ginlob is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Grecosaurus defends well. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Grecosaurus cracks Ginlob with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Ginlob tries to buck Grecosaurus off but Grecosaurus is having none of it. Grecosaurus happy to just control the position for now. Ginlob is trying to get back to half guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Ginlob being controlled for a moment. Grecosaurus lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Ginlob down.

Ginlob manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Grecosaurus has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ginlob is working away from the top position though. Grecosaurus is not content to let Ginlob control the position. Ginlob is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Grecosaurus has managed to free his arm - good work. Grecosaurus is refusing to be controlled, as Ginlob sits in half guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Grecosaurus looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Mada Ginlob has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Pentti Grecosaurus is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Ginlob can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Grecosaurus controls the pace.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kong fails in his attempt to clinch. Sapp lands with a shot to the body. A jab lands there for Sapp. Kong swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice defenses there by Kong. Some wild striking there from Sapp.
Kong shoots in but no luck this time. Kong on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Kong changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sapp tries to avoid it but Kong manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sapp to the ground. Sapp escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Sapp scores with a body shot.
Kong fails in his attempt to clinch. Kong fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for King Kong. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Sapp has had enough of the clinch but Kong keeps him there for the moment. Kong throws a knee to the head but misses.

Kong sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Sapp working over Kong with some ground and pound. Kong looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kong pushes Sapp off looking to stand but Sapp dives back in and keeps control.
Kong kicks Sapp off and gets back to his feet. Kong fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sapp throws a series of punches but Kong avoids them all with ease. Kong displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Kong doesn't manage to clinch there - Sapp circles away.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kong has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kong there as he acknowledges the shot. Kong throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sapp's waist but Sapp gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kong off to one side. Sapp cracks Kong with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. King Kong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kong ducks under a wild hook from Sapp. Sapp keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kong. Sapp misses with a straight right. Kong tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Sapp counters with a one-two to the body.

Kong shoots and misses and Sapp counters with a lovely shot to the body. Sapp clinches up with Kong and pushes him back against the cage. Kong struggles to land a body shot inside as Sapp controls his hands.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sapp throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Kong is breathing heavily. Sapp stuns Kong with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kong darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Boby Sapp dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Sapp moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. A slow jab from Sapp misses its intended target. Kong wants to clinch but Sapp slips to the side and Sapp counters with a nice double leg into guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Kong is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Sapp wants to get up but he can't break Kong's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Sapp is posturing up here but Kong has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Sapp tries to roll out but it's too tight and Sapp has to tap! Slick submission there by Kong!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Finisher defending against the ground and pound. Finisher pushes Gwar away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Gwar gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Finisher manages to work his way to half guard, despite Gwar's best efforts. Finisher is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Finisher gets full guard. Finisher is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Finisher wants to sweep here but Gwar controlling him for the moment. Gwar content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Gwar stays in close to Finisher's body and controls the position. Finisher keeping moving, preventing Gwar from controlling successfully. Finisher bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Gwar's guard. Gwar escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Finisher gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Finisher trying to control the position from guard on top but Gwar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Gwar is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Finisher is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Finisher drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Finisher jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Finisher postures up and lands a big shot to Gwar's brow. Gwar throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Finisher postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Gwar is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Finisher keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Gwar's head.

Finisher slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Finisher wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gwar, who protects the arm well. Finisher working away. Gwar prevents Finisher from moving into mount. Gwar misses with an elbow from the bottom. Gwar struggling a bit here.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Gwar avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Finisher falls off balance throwing a combination
and Gwar counters with a left to the body. Gwar shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Finisher is trying to defend but Gwar finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Finisher is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Gwar scores with a couple of nice shots. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Gwar counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Finisher falls off balance throwing a combination
and Gwar counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Gwar is keen to just control but Finisher is a slippery customer. Gwar trying to control the pace. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gwar is trying to control. Finisher wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Finisher takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Gwar looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Finisher with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Finisher makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Finisher. Gwar has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Gwar is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Finisher manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Gwar shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Finisher but Finisher pushes him off and we're back to square one. Gwar will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gwar ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Finisher swings away with a body shot that misses
and Gwar counters with a left and a right that stings Finisher. Gwar throws a right and a left that Finisher avoids nicely. Finisher throws a hook but Gwar blocks it. Gwar takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. A jab from Finisher misses. Gwar moves out of range as Finisher strikes. Finisher throws a predictable looking body shot
and Gwar counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Gwar on the wrong end of a nice hook. Ray Gwar is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Finisher misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Gwar counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Finisher thinking. Gwar takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Finisher slips a jab from Gwar. Finisher stuns Gwar with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Finisher swings away with a body shot that misses
and Gwar counters with a shoot takedown. Finisher fights it but they end up in guard. The Finisher has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Finisher keeping moving, preventing Gwar from controlling successfully. Ray Gwar overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Finisher has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gwar can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Finisher looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Gwar passes into half guard.

Finisher wants to control but Gwar is keeping busy and won't allow it. Gwar looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Finisher with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Gwar trying to control from half guard but Finisher is working away. Ray Gwar is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Gwar content to control rather than advance. Finisher is trying to maintain the position but Gwar is very close to passing his half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gwar controlling the action here.
And that's the end of the fight! Ray Gwar showed his dominance in that final round. Well Gwar has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Doe fails to land the takedown. Darwin shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Doe defends it nicely. Doe misses with a kick to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Doe! Darwin is out on his feet! Doe rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Darwin is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Darwin is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
