Singh has chosen Amazing- Kanye West as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Mike Ali has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Singh shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ali as he jumps to the side.
Singh shoots in looking for a takedown. Ali tries to sprawl out of it but Singh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ali manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Singh fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Mike Ali has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sid Singh.
Singh shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ali as he avoids it easily.

Singh throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ali was covering up waiting for the punch and Singh finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Singh postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Ali is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Singh, into his guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Davis kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Badda Den Dem. Dennis Davis could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Damon Hall's chin.
