0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, adolfo padilla! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bonnar throws a looping overhand right but padilla ducks down to avoid it. padilla misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bonnar keeps the fight on the outside. Bonnar bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Bonnar connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused padilla some visible discomfort.
padilla stops Bonnar from passing to mount. Bonnar looking to punish the body of his opponent here but padilla is avoiding damage well.
Bonnar postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
padilla looks gassed! Bonnar controls the position. Bonnar grinds an elbow into padilla's temple. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Bonnar lands a nice forearm strike. Bonnar is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but padilla is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Bonnar controls the position.

Bonnar lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. padilla is not in a great position here, taking some shots. padilla takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Bonnar scoring with punches and elbows. Bonnar landing strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bonnar is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bonnar looks up at the clock and then as padilla takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Bonnar smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Bonnar is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt padilla will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Bonnar advances to mount. Bonnar lands a big shot there that rocks padilla but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
It looks like adolfo padilla has been cut. Bonnar controlling from the full mount. Bonnar working padilla over with strikes here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bonnar controlling from mount. Bonnar lands a heavy elbow. Bonnar content just to control the position here. Bonnar with shots to the head and body - padilla looks very uncomfortable down there. Bonnar has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Bonnar jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but padilla manages to avoid the submission attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bonnar scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at padilla to see if he's OK. Bonnar lands some shots froms side control. Bonnar controlling the position. Bonnar lands a nice forearm strike. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A lull in the action here as Bonnar stalls from top position. Bonnar lands a decent elbow from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bonnar throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A bone on bone clash there as padilla blocks the leg kick.
Bonnar tries to clinch but padilla moves out of range. padilla is breathing heavily. Bonnar misses with a head kick.
padilla misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bonnar.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bonnar closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. padilla did well to prevent Bonnar getting side control. Bonnar is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Stephan Bonnar overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Bonnar is looking to advance position but padilla won't allow it. Bonnar working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Bonnar winds up and cracks padilla with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Bonnar content to control rather than advance. Ground and pound from Bonnar. Bonnar is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that padilla can do to turn this around?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bonnar controlling the action here. Bonnar passes to full mount! padilla wants to hold on but Bonnar pushes him away. Bonnar with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
padilla really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bonnar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bonnar lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bonnar sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Bonnar with the ground and pound from mount.
That has opened up adolfo padilla's cut even more. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bonnar cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Samuel fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lee avoids it really well and circles away. Samuel scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Lee defending against the ground and pound. Lee holds on to Samuel's head and controls the position momentarily. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Samuel trying to control the action but Lee is working from the bottom. Samuel wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Lee, who protects the arm well. Lee is trying to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Lee's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Samuel tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Lee is looking to regain half guard here but Samuel keeps moving and retains side control.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Samuel closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Samuel throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Lee prevents Samuel from improving position. Lee manages to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Samuel is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lee is just riding it out for now. Samuel eventually gives up the hold. Lee is not content to let Samuel control the position. Lee regains full guard. Nicely done. Samuel stands up over Lee, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Samuel trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom. Samuel might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Lee kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Lee looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Samuel advances to half guard. Lee looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Samuel sitting and controlling from the half guard. Lee looks like he's trying to stand up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Samuel slips a nice elbow through Lee's hands, connecting with Lee's forehead. Samuel seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lee does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Samuel is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Lee is staying active underneath Samuel, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Samuel shoots in for a double leg but Lee sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Samuel closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Samuel dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Samuel leaves Lee with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Lee tries to score a power double leg takedown but Samuel sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lee somewhat. Samuel fails with the takedown and Lee counters with a shoot takedown. Samuel fights it but they end up in guard. Lee has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Samuel working for a triangle but Lee defends it easily.
Samuel pushes Lee off and scrambles back to his feet.
Lee closes the distance and clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee drops down looking for an ankle pick but Samuel pulls his leg out and moves away.

Samuel fails with the takedown and Lee counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Samuel's guard now. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Samuel is trying to keep Lee in close.
Lee slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Lee tries to stand but Samuel is controlling from the bottom. Samuel managing to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Samuel keeping moving, preventing Lee from controlling successfully. Samuel bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lee's guard. Samuel thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Samuel thows a big elbow that misses. Samuel trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom.

No, Lee has escaped the position, nice work there. Lee tries to get back to half guard but can't. Samuel tries for a kimura but Lee is defending well. Lee prevents Samuel from moving into mount. James Lee dominated that second round. That's time! Lee's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Samuel has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Lee is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Samuel. James Lee overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Samuel pushes Lee away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Lee gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Samuel avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Lee. Samuel tries to improve position but can't. Samuel is being controlled here. Lee stands up.
And that's the end of the fight! James Lee showed his dominance in that final round. Well Lee has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Sanchez takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Sanchez's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. miller has hold of Sanchez's hands but Sanchez slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Sanchez thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. miller taking some punishment here, with Sanchez in his half guard. Sanchez working over miller with some ground and pound. miller looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. miller is breathing heavily.

Sanchez not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Sanchez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with miller. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks miller with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
miller is rocked! Sanchez is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, miller is hurt! He's hurt bad - Sanchez fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save miller from any more punishment! Congratulations to Sanchez! Great finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kanchelskis leaves Khalidov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Kanchelskis fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kanchelskis walks forward, straight into a front kick from Khalidov. Kanchelskis moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Amir Khalidov has been cut. Khalidov tries to clinch there but Kanchelskis circles away.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A leg kick checked by Lajoie. Crede fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Lajoie is out of range. Crede avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Crede looks to land a body kick but Lajoie moved away. Lajoie ducks under a wild hook from Crede. Crede throws a chopping leg kick but Lajoie manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Lajoie gets a clinch. A bit of stalling here from Lajoie.
Lajoie tries to land a knee to the head but Crede blocks with his arms.
Lajoie landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

The fight stays on the outside here - Lajoie looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Crede scores with a takedown into Lajoie's guard. Crede works a leg free and moves into half guard. Lajoie is breathing heavily. Crede thows a huge punch but Lajoie dodges it nicely.

Crede uses his free foot to push down on Lajoie's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Lajoie. Crede lands a big shot there that rocks Lajoie but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
