0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Joe Flow! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanavio closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Flow looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Sanavio wants to control but Flow is keeping him busy. Sanavio in side control lands a decent elbow. Sanavio has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Sanavio cracks Flow with a big elbow. Sanavio working the ground and pound. Sanavio wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Flow, who protects the arm well. Sanavio advances nicely into full mount. Sanavio in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Sanavio moves to the back. Sanavio has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Flow has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sanavio misses with punches from the back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanavio is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Flow is defending well though. Sanavio let's go of the attempt for now. Sanavio lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Sanavio.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zangari throws a nice looking combination but Badam bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A head kick misses from Badam. A head kick misses from Badam. Zangari keeps Badam at a distance using the push kick. Badam takes the fight into the clinch. Badam throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Zangari blocks it with crossed arms. Badam wants a takedown.
Zangari tries to break the clinch but Badam is controlling the position. Zangari gets underhooks to prevent Badam's takedown attempt.

Sam Badam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zangari fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A head kick misses from Badam. A head kick misses from Badam. Zangari closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Sam Badam has been cut. Badam looks gassed! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Badam circles away from the clinch attempt.

Badam drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Zangari manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Badam has Zangari in his guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zangari wants to control from the top but Badam keeps moving. Zangari scoring with punches to the head and body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Badam has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Zangari can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Zangari looking to pass the guard. Zangari decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Badam, up you get! Zangari moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Zangari will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Badam working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Badam has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Badam working for the choke. Zangari is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Badam gets his way!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice straight punches there by Taylor. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Taylor. Taylor scores with a sloppy right hand. Chapman should have avoided that one. Taylor jabs Chapman right on the nose. Chapman blinks but takes it well. Chapman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Taylor pinned against the cage. Taylor gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Taylor connects with a looping right hand.
Taylor scores with a crisp jab that stopped Chapman in his tracks. A jab lands there for Taylor. Taylor jabs at Chapman's body. Taylor paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Chapman tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Taylor paws at him with a jab and circles away. Chapman fails with a takedown attempt. Taylor keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dog Chapman. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Taylor is fighting off a takedown attempt but Chapman is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Taylor to the mat. Taylor regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Taylor tries to land a sweep but no joy. Taylor is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Taylor controls Chapman momentarily but Chapman frees himself. Taylor working for a triangle but Chapman defends it easily.

It's a brutal combination of punches from Taylor! Chapman is backing up but he can't get away as Taylor lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Chapman and ends the fight. Great knockout.
