Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nabberknocky Jabberwocky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Josh Spitler! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jabberwocky connects with a nice looking jab.
Nabberknocky Jabberwocky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Spitler has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Jabberwocky comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Jabberwocky connects with a right hand. Spitler shakes it off. Spitler needs to keep his hands up - Jabberwocky had a free shot at his head there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Spitler looks to land a combination but Jabberwocky avoids it well. Spitler throws a body punch but Jabberwocky moves out of range. Jabberwocky scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Jabberwocky misses with a few strikes there.
Nice uppercut lands for Jabberwocky. That snapped Spitler's head back.
Jabberwocky looks to land a combination but Spitler avoids it well. Spitler throws a series of punches but Jabberwocky moves out of range. A left lands for Jabberwocky. Jabberwocky misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Spitler on the wrong end of a nice hook. Spitler throws a right and a left that Jabberwocky avoids nicely. Spitler with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Spitler swings for the body but Jabberwocky moves out of range.
Nice uppercut there from Jabberwocky. Spitler takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Spitler looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round. Jabberwocky cracks Spitler with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Jabberwocky has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Spitler to stand back up!
Spitler is rocked! Jabberwocky shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Spitler takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Jabberwocky sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Spitler bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Divaille clinches up with Watson and pushes him back against the cage. Watson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Watson gets underhooks to prevent Divaille's takedown attempt.
Divaille breaks the clinch.
Divaille throws a body punch but Watson moves out of range. Watson tries to keep at a distance but Divaille has taken the fight into the clinch. Watson is looking to break free of the clinch but Divaille has double underhooks. Divaille stops a takedown attempt from Watson.
Divaille drops down looking for an ankle pick but Watson pulls his leg out and moves away.
Horrible takedown by Watson or perhaps it was just good defense by Divaille which made him look bad. Divaille shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Watson tries to get to full guard but Divaille has control of the leg. Divaille works his way into full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Divaille lands a heavy elbow. Watson tries to get back to half guard but can't. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Divaille has eaten all the pies! Watson wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. I would not like to be Watson right now.

Divaille is looking to finish with some ground and pound! Watson is trying to stand back up. Divaille working for a choke but Watson is defending well. Watson holding both Divaille 's hands and preventing any damage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Left hook, right uppercut from Penn.
It looks like Jack Ryan has been cut. Ryan defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Penn. Ryan turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Penn swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ryan throws a nice outside leg kick. Penn throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ryan. Ryan throws a nice inside leg kick. Penn is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Penn checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Penn takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like BJ Penn has been cut. Penn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A solid leg kick lands there for Ryan.
Nice body kick there by Ryan. Ryan lands a big head kick that sends Penn to the canvas! Ryan follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Mac is looking to control Paskomista's arms but Paskomista gets an underhook and turns him. Now Mac has his back to the cage. Paskomista lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Paskomista connects with a knee to the head.

Mac looks to land a left hand but Paskomista moved out of range nicely. Mac shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Paskomista counters with a nice double leg into guard. Paskomista seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Mac looking to control.

That's one minute gone in the round. Mac looking to hit a scissor sweep but Paskomista is one step ahead there. Paskomista has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Paskomista drops back looking for a leg! Mac is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mac manages to kick Paskomista off! Paskomista jumps back into Mac's guard. Paskomista stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mac swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Paskomista trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Mac working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Paskomista.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Paskomista shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mac napping and manages to drive through into side control! Paskomista scoring with punches from side control. Paskomista decides to stand back up. Paskomista steps back and let's Mac get back to his feet. Mac throws a head kick that misses and Paskomista counters by clinching up. Mac takes an elbow to the forehead. Paskomista lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mac backwards. Mac fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Mac has had enough of the clinch but Paskomista keeps him there for the moment. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Paskomista. Mac wants to get back to striking at distance but Paskomista won't allow it.
Paskomista lands a damaging elbow. Paskomista tightens his grip and picks Mac up, before dumping him to the ground. Mac manages to land in guard. Paskomista gets to his feet. Mac looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Paskomista clinches up with Mac and pushes him back against the cage. Mac takes a knee to the side of the body. Paskomista tries a knee to the head but Mac blocks it.

Vitusti Paskomista has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roykey Mac. Mac misses with a wild combination.

and Paskomista counters with a takedown into side control. Paskomista working the head with strikes. Paskomista has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Paskomista closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Paskomista lands a body shot. Paskomista utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Paskomista jumps into guard, dragging Mac to the mat.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Paskomista wants to sweep here but Mac controlling him for the moment. Roykey Mac has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Paskomista working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mac doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mac manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
And that's the end of the fight! Vitusti Paskomista showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Paskomista, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Vroon looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Gallego wants to work for an arm triangle but Vroon is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Gallego won't allow Vroon to sweep him here. Vroon controls Gallego momentarily but Gallego frees himself. Vroon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Gallego distracts Vroon with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Gallego tries to free his leg and advance position but Vroon is retaining full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

He's simply no match for Gallego on the ground. Gallego is pressing down on Vroon's thigh, looking to free his foot. Vroon is holding on for now. Vroon wants to control but Gallego is keeping busy.

He's got his arms around Vroon's waist but Vroon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gallego off to one side. Gallego takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Tono Gallego has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The fight stays on the outside here - Vroon looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Vroon pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Black is looking to defend but general has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Black! general pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Dragon throws a nice looking combination but Oris bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Oris throws a leg kick which misses Dragon's front leg but catches the back leg as Dragon tries to avoid it. Dragon thows a left - swing and a miss! Dragon misses with a wild combination.

Dragon cracks a nice hook into Oris's ribs. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dragon swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Oris counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Dragon is lucky that one didn't land flush. A shot to the body from Dragon misses and Oris finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oris blocks a jab. Oris connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Dragon looks gassed! Dragon works the jab nicely. Oris looks to land a combination. Dragon sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. A good leg kick by Oris. Oris lands a high kick!

and Oris counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Dragon lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Crunch! Oris slams his shin into Dragon's torso. Oris fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dragon. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Oris scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Klit Oris is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Oris scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Dragon doesn't seem bothered though.

Oris throws a nice looking combination but Dragon bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Oris lands with a kick to the temple. Dragon shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Oris throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Dragon takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Oris throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Oris throws a leg kick which misses Dragon's front leg but catches the back leg as Dragon tries to avoid it. Oris moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oris throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Oris throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Dragon. Dragon has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Oris. Oris moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Oris lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Oris. Oris takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Dragon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Oris closes the distance and lands a one-two. A nice combination there by Oris.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dragon takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baresic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Grape avoids the head kick by Baresic.

Grape is looking to break free of the clinch but Baresic has double underhooks. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Grape as Baresic tries to tie him up. Grape wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Grape has had enough of the clinch but Baresic keeps him there for the moment. Grape fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
