The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King lands a left and a right that send Voki crashing to the mat, dazed. King thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Mako Voki has been cut.
King misses with a body shot.
Voki shoots in but King avoids the takedown attempt easily.

King feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Voki sprawling to the canvas! Voki rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can King finish him?!

Voki is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
King throws a series of punches but Voki avoids them all with ease.
King takes a swing at Voki's ribcage but misses.
King lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Voki - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for King!

Yoshi scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Jones wants to clinch up but Yoshi keeps it at a distance.

Jones closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Yoshi did well to prevent Jones getting side control.

Jones has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Yoshi has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Jones taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Yoshi doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Jaakonpoika tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kang swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Jaakonpoika shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kang's guard.

Bear cracks Plumper with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Bear has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Plumper to stand back up!

Bear ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Plumper's jaw. Plumper's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Bear does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Rakusaba might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Hickman has got the better of the exchanges.

Well Hatayama has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
