The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vendetta thuds his right hand into the tank's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Vendetta throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. the tank was covering up waiting for the punch and Vendetta finishes the takedown easily into guard.

the tank has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Vendetta can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Vendetta lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Moses keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Oda Musashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moses looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Musashi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Moses tries to avoid it but Musashi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Moses to the ground. Moses escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Musashi throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Moses was covering up waiting for the punch and Musashi finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Moses got a little sloppy there for a moment and Musashi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Moses has managed to get both his arms back between Musashi's legs - danger averted.

Musashi had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Moses is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Musashi Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Moses's back instead.
