Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Josh Godcheck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Godcheck comes to the cage accompanied by Higher Ground by The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Carter comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I made it- kevin rudolf kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Williams feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kritzkiy's calf.
Kritzkiy throws a hook but Williams blocks it.
Williams throws a leg kick but Kritzkiy moved away.
Kritzkiy takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kritzkiy throws a jab but it's blocked by Williams.
Williams lands with a thumping leg kick.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kritzkiy crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Williams - the referee stops the clock and Kritzkiy gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Williams. Kritzkiy manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Williams connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Williams fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kritzkiy.
Williams misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A head kick by Williams - that's a beauty! Kritzkiy is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Williams can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Graf with that takedown attempt.
Graf throws a looping overhand right but Jack ducks down to avoid it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Jack lands a nice hook to Graf's body. Graf takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Jack buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Jack catches Graf with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Graf takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Jack lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jack throws out a loose jab but Graf uses good head movement to avoid it.

Jeez, Chris Graf's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
