The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abker fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Hatton lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Abker circles away quickly and effectively. Abker steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hatton. Abker tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Abker tries for a takedown but Hatton sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Hatton misses with a few strikes there.
Hatton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Abker moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Abker on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
It looks like Brian Abker has been cut. Abker has a takedown stuffed. Rick Hatton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brian Abker. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Abker is defended easily by Hatton. A punch combination from Hatton misses. Abker walks into a jab. Hatton throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Hatton throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Abker stumbling backwards into the cage! Abker bounces back off the cage towards Hatton, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Hatton lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Hatton celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanchez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Left hook, right uppercut from Tyler. Tyler blocks the body kick.
Tyler checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Sanchez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sanchez crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tyler - the referee stops the clock and Sanchez gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tyler. Sanchez manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Tyler tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tyler. No joy there for Tyler, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Tyler throws a shot from downtown. Sanchez moves away and avoids it. Tyler connects with a high kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tyler throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sanchez throws a sloppy head kick and Tyler moves out of range easily. Sanchez throws a sloppy head kick and Tyler counters with a low kick, right behind Sanchez 's knee. Sanchez is breathing heavily. A low kick from Sanchez misses and Tyler counters with a lovely shot to the body. Sanchez gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tyler to score an easy takedown into full guard. Tyler postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyler controls from within his opponent's guard. Tyler stands up over Sanchez, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Tyler stands and steps away. Sanchez gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Tiajuana Sanchez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Tyler misses with a wild combination.

Sanchez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Tyler closes the distance and clinches. Sanchez is trying to force a seperation but Tyler has the dominant position. Sanchez is pressed up against the cage. Tyler has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sanchez down to the mat. Sanchez avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Sanchez chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tyler can pounce on him.
Sanchez moves forwards but Tyler connects with a nice, crisp jab. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tyler misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanchez stuffs the takedown attempt from Tyler. Tyler gets slowly back to his feet. A low kick from Sanchez misses and Tyler counters with a series of strikes. Sanchez will be more careful next time no doubt. Tyler closes the distance and clinches. Tyler slows down the pace here.
Tyler has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Sanchez uses from the top position. Tyler is pulling down on Sanchez's head to control his posture. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tyler working for a triangle but Sanchez defends it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sanchez wants to stand but Tyler is controlling his posture from full guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Tyler controls Sanchez momentarily but Sanchez frees himself. Tyler working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sanchez doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sanchez manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sanchez decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tyler wants to control from the top but Sanchez keeps moving. Tyler drops back looking for a leg! Sanchez is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sanchez manages to kick Tyler off! Tyler jumps back into Sanchez's guard.

Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Tyler stops Sanchez from standing up. Sanchez wriggles free and stands up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Sanchez throws a right and a left that both miss. Tyler closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sanchez circles away. Sanchez misses with a leg kick and Tyler counters with a head kick. Tyler fails with a takedown attempt. Tyler pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tyler checks a leg kick. Sanchez is looking to chop away at Tyler's legs. No joy there for Sanchez, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Sanchez throws a sloppy head kick and Tyler counters with a head kick. Tyler shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sanchez but Sanchez pushes him off and we're back to square one. Still in the clinch, Tyler scores with a nice short uppercut. Tyler tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sanchez smiles and moves away.

Tyler feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sanchez's calf. Tyler shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Tyler was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Tyler wants to control the pace but Sanchez is squirming around nicely. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tyler throws some wild stikes that Sanchez manages to avoid easily.

Sam Tyler showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Sam Tyler's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Tyler throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sanchez's waist but Sanchez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tyler off to one side. A low kick from Sanchez misses enabling Tyler to counter with a crisp jab. Tyler drives through with a takedown into guard. Sanchez preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tyler has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sanchez is proving hard to escape from. Sam Tyler has got the better of the ground game so far. Sanchez kicks Tyler off and gets to his feet. A head kick by Sanchez misses and Tyler counters with a single leg into guard. Sanchez didn't expect that. Tyler drops back looking for a leg! Sanchez is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sanchez manages to kick Tyler off! That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tyler throws a leg kick which misses Sanchez's front leg but catches the back leg as Sanchez tries to avoid it. Tiajuana Sanchez has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! A right-left combo lands from Sanchez. Sam Tyler is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Sam Tyler seems to be getting the better of the standup. Tyler throws a lazy right hand but Sanchez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Tyler lands with a thumping leg kick.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tyler fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sanchez, pushing him back against the cage. Sanchez using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Tyler has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Sanchez is pressed up against the cage. Tyler has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sanchez down to the mat. Sanchez avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
And that's the end of the fight! Sam Tyler comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Tyler has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Cooper might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morrison stalks Sims and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sims's face. Sims staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Al Sims has been cut. Morrison scores a takedown into full mount! Morrison can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Sims is looking to escape. Morrison controlling his opponent. Morrison working for a guillotine from mount but Sims is in no mood to give up. Morrison working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morrison tries to take his opponent's back but Sims turns with him and manages to move into guard on the top. Nice work. Morrison trying to control the position.
Sims got a little sloppy there for a moment and Morrison has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sims has managed to get both his arms back between Morrison's legs - danger averted.

Morrison pulls Sims in close to prevent any damage. Morrison escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sims gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Morrison is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Morrison jumps guard but Sims stands there with Morrison around his waist. Morrison gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Morrison has Sims pressed against the cage, preventing Sims from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Sims wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Morrison has him pressed against the cage. Sims is trying to force a seperation but Morrison has the dominant position. Morrison wants a takedown but no success here.

Sims is trying to defend but Morrison finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Morrison is looking to stall here but Sims recovers full guard. Morrison drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sims manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Morrison has Sims in his guard.

Sims is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Sims is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Morrison.
