Killier Luc seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Luc changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Patrol tries to avoid it but Luc manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Patrol to the ground. Patrol escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Valentine goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Ricardo Taua has been cut.

Valentine lands a left and a right that send Taua crashing to the mat, dazed. Valentine thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

The crowd cheers as McMurder lands an impressive looking overhand right. im a get ya doesn't seem phased though.

im a get ya gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
McMurder has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
McMurder trying to control the position from guard on top but im a get ya is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

McMurder drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McMurder jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

and McMurder counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in im a get ya's guard now.
Carson McMurder overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
McMurder postures up in im a get ya's guard and throws a big left but im a get ya blocks it.
McMurder slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
im a get ya bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in McMurder's guard.
McMurder wants to sweep but no luck.
McMurder wants to stand up but im a get ya is controlling him.
McMurder has control of im a get ya's left arm, preventing im a get ya from doing any damage.

McMurder is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McMurder passes to side control.
