The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson tries to clinch but Williams is having none of it. Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Williams swats him away and circles back towards the center. Williams pushes Jackson up against the cage in a clinch. Jackson lands a nice shot to the body. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Jackson fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Acker fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Acker leaves Control with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Acker shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Acker looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Control regains full guard. Nicely done. Control is trying to control the position but Acker postures up. Control is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Acker is controlling him. Soze wants to pass the guard but Wong is keeping the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Soze works his way back into a safe position though. Soze passes easily into side control. Nice work.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Colt slips a straight right by Cromphout. Colt throws a leg kick but Cromphout checks it. A big left from Colt misses. Colt throws a nice inside leg kick. Cromphout misses with a straight right. Colt tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cromphout sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Colt somewhat. Colt throws a series of punches but Cromphout moves out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Colt shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Cromphout tries to hold on but Colt postures up. Colt has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Cromphout's face.

Cromphout closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Colt tries to get to full guard but Cromphout has control of the leg. Nice strikes from Cromphout there. Cromphout is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Colt defends it well.
