Warrior comes to the cage accompanied by Korn-Freak on a leash. Chavez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

I think de Ferro might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to CMX - Ruoste. Parton has chosen 9 to 5 by Dolly Parton as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Alessandro de Ferro has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Alessandro de Ferro seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gamma tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gulag sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gamma somewhat.

Gamma postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gulag is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Gamma, into his guard.

Gulag seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Gamma might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Gulag kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
