3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Travis Mathews! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kramer throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mathews. Kramer's corner calls for a 1-2. Kramer obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like Travis Mathews has been cut. Decent striking displayed by Kramer there. Kramer connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Mathews tumbling to the canvas! Kramer pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Mathews was done - good stoppage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tycoon shoots in and drives through. dre sprawls well. dre moves into the clinch successfully.
Tycoon lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of dre backwards. dre effectively controlling the action here. Tycoon wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Tycoon jumps guard but dre stands there with Tycoon around his waist. Tycoon gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Tycoon tries to pull guard but dre holds him up against the ropes and eventually Tycoon drops back down to his feet.

Tycoon gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tycoon. dre throws out a loose jab but Tycoon uses good head movement to avoid it. dre throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tycoon shoots in but no luck this time. dre leaves Tycoon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Horrible takedown by Tycoon or perhaps it was just good defense by dre which made him look bad. Tycoon tries for a takedown but dre circles away easily and dre counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Tycoon's guard now. Tycoon is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. dre wants to get up but he can't break Tycoon's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Tycoon tries to strike from the bottom.
Tycoon looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Tycoon uses the ropes to get back to his feet.
Tycoon throws a right hand that dre ducks under and follows up with a left that dre also avoids with ease. Tycoon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. dre walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Tycoon checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. dre closes the distance and clinches. Tycoon is working for a takedown up against the ropes. He can't get it on this occasion though. Tycoon jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Tycoon misses with a takedown attempt and Tycoon takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. No luck for dre with that takedown attempt. Tycoon fails with the takedown. Tycoon closes this distance looking for a takedown but dre circles away. dre stuns Tycoon with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. That was a close second round but I would say that Ares Tycoon will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. That's three minutes gone in the round. Tycoon looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. dre is trying desperately to improve position. Tycoon controlling the position easily from mount. Tycoon wants to control the pace but dre is squirming around nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Tycoon is standing up, even though he is in mount. Tycoon tries for a takedown but dre sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ares Tycoon. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tycoon fails to land the takedown. A combination from Tycoon does no damage. dre avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Machulda is nestled in close to Edgar, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Machulda is looking for a kimura but Edgar is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Machulda to get the leverage. Machulda thows a huge punch but Edgar dodges it nicely.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A bone on bone clash there as McIntyre blocks the leg kick.
Reid tries to close the distance and clinch but McIntyre swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Reid swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Dan Reid seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Reid will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McIntyre moves into the clinch. Reid has had enough of the clinch but McIntyre keeps him there for the moment. Reid jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. De Groot is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mann is controlling him. De Groot is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Thijs De Groot has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
