Sankari has chosen Finlandia - Hymn as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

It looks like Micheal James has been cut.
James throws a right and a left that Sankari avoids nicely.
No joy there for James, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sankari connects with a high kick.
James lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sankari circles away quickly and effectively.
James takes a kick to the side of the head.

and Sankari makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
James throws a series of punches but Sankari avoids them all with ease.

Sankari feints and then cracks James's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow James down.
Oh James is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sankari thows a body kick. James tries to catch it but that hurt him.
James seems to have got his legs back now.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Sankari.

Sankari bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Sankari throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by James.
James steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Sankari. That one must have hurt.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sankari.
Sankari lands a nice looking kick to the body. James takes a step back to recover.
Sankari lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. James is looking to close the distance but Sankari sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! James crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope James is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
