The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bino feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Bino drops back looking for a leg! Geraths is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Geraths manages to kick Bino off! Bino jumps back into Geraths's guard. Bino looking to pass the guard. Bino is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bino drops back, looking for a kneebar! Geraths looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Geraths looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Geraths! Geraths stands up and beckons Bino to his feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bino is defended easily by Geraths. Geraths lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bino circles away quickly and effectively. Bino misses with a series of wild punches.

That's one minute gone in the round. Bino fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Geraths closes the distance and lands a one-two. Bino shoots for a double leg takedown but Geraths sprawls well. He's pushed Bino's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Nikolai Geraths has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pedro Bino. Geraths lands a left and a right that send Bino crashing to the mat, dazed. Geraths thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Pedro Bino has been cut. Bino looks gassed! Geraths lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Bino is looking to close the distance but Geraths sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Bino crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Bino is OK because that was naaaaaasty!

Vitrikainen trying to control the position from guard on top but Schrute is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Vitrikainen trying to move into half guard but instead Schrute has managed to sweep! Schrute won't allow Vitrikainen to get back to his feet. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Vitrikainen can do anything to dispel that myth. Vitrikainen wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Schrute manages to pass to side control. Schrute slips a nice elbow through Vitrikainen's hands, connecting with Vitrikainen's forehead.

Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Vitrikainen. Vitrikainen tries to buck Schrute off but he can't manage it. Schrute punishing his opponent with strikes. Schrute landing strikes from the mount. Schrute looking to finish Vitrikainen with some ground and pound. This is bad for Vitrikainen! Vitrikainen is in a horrible position here. Schrute smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Schrute has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Vitrikainen really wants to buck Schrute off and get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dwight Schrute has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Palle Vitrikainen is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Schrute tries a low kick but Vitrikainen avoids it.
And that's the end of the fight! Palle Vitrikainen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Vitrikainen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lennox stuffs the takedown attempt from Whitewash. Whitewash gets slowly back to his feet. Lennox is looking to clinch. Lennox avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Lennox moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Whitewash tries for a takedown but Lennox sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Whitewash fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Bobby Lennox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Whitewash. Whitewash looks for a takedown but Lennox sprawls well. Lennox clobbers Whitewash with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Lennox throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Lennox tries to close the distance and clinch but Whitewash swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Whitewash closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lennox manages to get to full guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Longshot wants to clinch. Schiknsi connects with a body shot. Longshot wants to clinch up but Schiknsi keeps it at a distance. Schiknsi changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Longshot looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Schiknsi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Schiknsi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Longshot wants to get back to his feet but Schiknsi drags him back down. Longshot is not content to let Schiknsi control the position. Longshot avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Schiknsi. Schiknsi wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Longshot, who protects the arm well. Longshot wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Longshot is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Schiknsi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Longshot keeps working. Schiknsi throws an elbow but Longshot slips to the side and avoids it well. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Longshot tries to close the distance and clinch up but Schiknsi swats him away and circles back towards the center. Dosie Longshot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice body punch from Schiknsi. Danga de danga de dang - Schiknsi scores with a four punch combination! Schiknsi swats away the attempt to clinch by Longshot. Longshot tries to close the distance and clinch but Schiknsi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Dosie Longshot is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Schiknsi lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Boo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

WHEELER is rocked! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Boo cracks WHEELER with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Boo immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! WHEELER is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Boo!
