McGinty throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Valjean walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Valjean throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! McGinty crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Valjean - the referee stops the clock and McGinty gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Valjean. McGinty manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Valjean throws a right and a left that both miss.
Valjean missing with a left hand there. McGinty was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
McGinty avoids the body shot from Valjean.
McGinty scores with a one two! Valjean had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

McGinty throws a series of strikes that have Valjean backpedaling.
Valjean needs to keep his hands up - McGinty had a free shot at his head there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
