The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Killer wants to clinch up but Thomas keeps it at a distance. Killer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Thomas but Thomas pushes him off and we're back to square one. Killer is looking to clinch but Thomas is avoiding it.

Killer lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! An uppercut to the body lands inside from Killer. Thomas gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Killer pushes Thomas off looking to stand but Thomas dives back in and keeps control.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Thomas lands a nice short elbow. Thomas takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
