Yardstick has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dello is working away from the top position though.

Yardstick wants to get back to his feet but Dello is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Dello had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Yardstick is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Dello Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Yardstick's back instead.

Dello has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Yardstick is defending well but eventually Dello manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Yardstick has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!

Chad comes to the cage accompanied by Bleeding Through - Death Anxiety. Roc has chosen ATB - Believe In Me as his entrance music. Jason Roc told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Roc gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Chad to score an easy takedown into full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Roc looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Chad lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Roc has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Chad is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Roc.

Chad throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Chad tries to close the distance and clinch but Roc swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Roc misses with a series of wild punches.

Chad shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Roc's guard.

I think Dolbakov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Radiohead-Creep. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Pigg stuffs the takedown.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Guti, right into the meat.
Pigg takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

It looks like Juice Pigg has been cut.
Dag Guti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Guti cracks Pigg with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Pigg tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Guti pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Pigg is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Kolkov closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Steakworth to the mat! Steakworth manages to get full guard.

Steakworth is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Steakworth drops back looking for a leg! Kolkov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kolkov manages to kick Steakworth off! Steakworth jumps back into Kolkov's guard.
Kolkov wants to get back to his feet but Steakworth is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Steakworth wants to control from the top but Kolkov keeps moving.
Steakworth sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kolkov's guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Kolkov is looking for a sweep. Steakworth is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Steakworth decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Alexei Kolkov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A punch lands to the side of Kolkov 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Steakworth fakes the leg kick and cracks Kolkov in the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Steakworth! Kolkov is out on his feet! Steakworth rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Kolkov is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Kolkov is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Nielson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tarasov was covering up waiting for the punch and Nielson finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Nielson drops back looking for a leg! Tarasov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tarasov manages to kick Nielson off! Nielson jumps back into Tarasov's guard.

Nielson swings around for an armbar but Tarasov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Nielson's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Patrick Nielson will probably get the nod.
