Bunga dives in and grabs Alcoubra's left leg, looking for a takedown. Alcoubra pushes down on Bunga's head and hops out.

Alcoubra throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Bunga stumbling backwards into the cage! Bunga bounces back off the cage towards Alcoubra, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Alcoubra lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Alcoubra celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Hughes takes a swing at Battle's ribcage but misses.
Hughes throws a jab but it's blocked by Battle.
Battle closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Battle throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Battle misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hughes misses with a combination
and Battle counters with a thumping low kick.
Battle fails to land with a series of punches.
Battle lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Mark Hughes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Battle thows a body shot but no joy.
Battle lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Battle throws a hook to the side of Hughes's head but Hughes sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Battle looks to land a combination but Hughes avoids it well.
Battle throws a series of punches but Hughes avoids them all with ease.

Battle jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hughes lands a left and a right that send Battle crashing to the mat, dazed. Hughes thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Andre Battle has been cut.
Battle drops his hands momentarily. Hughes doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Battle staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Battle doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
