3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Mikhail Ligachev! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Atkins and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pointon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pointon takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Pointon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ligachev.
Ligachev throws a nice looking combination but Pointon bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Pointon scores with a head kick.

Ligachev throws a right and a left that Pointon avoids nicely. The fighters circling - Ligachev throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Ligachev thows a left - swing and a miss! A head kick from Pointon lands but Ligachev takes it in his stride. A chopping leg kick lands by Pointon. Pointon lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Ligachev misses with a wild body shot. Ligachev tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pointon was well out of range. Poor timing from Ligachev. Ligachev takes a kick to the side of the head. Ligachev misses with a straight right. Pointon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The fighters circle momentarily. Pointon darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Ligachev loads up on a big right hand but Pointon slips the punch. Ligachev avoids the head kick by Pointon.

Ligachev throws a hook to the side of Pointon's head but Pointon sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Pointon uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ligachev. Ligachev takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Ligachev is rocked! Ligachev swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ligachev is still on wobbly legs! Can Pointon finish him? Pointon tries a head kick but it misses.
Ligachev seems to have recovered his senses. Pointon throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Ligachev. Pointon avoids the body shot from Ligachev.
A head kick misses from Pointon. Ligachev fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Pointon on the side of the head. Nice uppercut lands for Pointon. That snapped Ligachev's head back.

and Pointon counters with a good low kick that Ligachev was not able to check. A head kick from Pointon lands but Ligachev takes it in his stride. Pointon goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Ligachev is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Pointon steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ligachev. Pointon avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Gordy Jefferson! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jefferson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bilboa circles away quickly and effectively. Bilboa feints and as Jefferson raises his hands in defense, Bilboa changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Bilboa wanted to stand there but Jefferson had control of the position. Jefferson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bilboa is one step ahead there. Jefferson pulls Bilboa in close to prevent any damage. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jefferson can do anything to dispel that myth. Jefferson wants to stand but Bilboa is controlling the position. Bilboa is stalling in the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jefferson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bilboa is controlling him. Bilboa trying to control the position from guard on top but Jefferson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Jefferson swinging wilding here.

Bilboa shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jefferson defends it nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jefferson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bilboa. Bilboa shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jefferson as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rocky Bilboa. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jefferson scores with a shot to the body.
Jefferson leaves Bilboa with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. A punch combination from Bilboa misses. No luck with that takedown attempt from Bilboa. Jefferson lands a with a good body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bilboa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jefferson as he jumps to the side. Bilboa throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jefferson. Danga de danga de dang - Jefferson scores with a four punch combination! Bilboa fails with a takedown attempt. Bilboa swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Jefferson counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Jefferson misses with a two punch combination.
Bilboa fails with the takedown and Jefferson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Bilboa is breathing heavily. Bilboa dodges the punch combination from Jefferson.
Jefferson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bilboa's guard. Bilboa looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Jefferson wants to stand but Bilboa has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bilboa tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jefferson tries to free his leg and advance position but Bilboa is retaining full guard. Jefferson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jefferson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Jefferson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bilboa is keeping the position for now. Jefferson passes Bilboa's left leg - he's now in half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bilboa wants to control but Jefferson is keeping busy.

Jefferson rushes Bilboa and presses him up against the cage. Bilboa drags the fight down to the ground.
Jefferson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jefferson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Jefferson won't allow Bilboa to sweep him here. Jefferson wants to stand but Bilboa has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Jefferson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. That's one minute gone in the round. Bilboa fails with the takedown and Jefferson counters with a one-two to the body. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Jefferson. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Jefferson wants to clinch. Bilboa with a poor takedown and Jefferson counters with a nice double leg into guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jefferson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bilboa has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jefferson has managed to get both his arms back between Bilboa's legs - danger averted. Jefferson with a nice head shot there. Jefferson won't allow Bilboa to sweep him here. Bilboa is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jefferson defends well. Jefferson postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jefferson stands and steps away. Bilboa gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Rocky Bilboa is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jefferson misses with the combination.
Jefferson is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Bilboa rather than just go for the knockout. Jefferson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bilboa misses with a takedown and Jefferson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rocky Bilboa. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bilboa gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. A punch combination from Jefferson misses. Jefferson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bilboa stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Bilboa shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Jefferson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

The fight moves into the clinch position. Bilboa can't break the clinch.
Jefferson tries to pull guard but Bilboa won't allow it.
Bilboa has Jefferson pressed against the cage, preventing Jefferson from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Jefferson scores with a shot to the side of Bilboa's head. Bilboa is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Jefferson tries to pull guard but Bilboa holds him up against the cage and eventually Jefferson drops back down to his feet.

Jefferson tries to bum rush Bilboa with a series of wild strikes but Bilboa uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Bilboa shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Jefferson counters with a left and a right that stings Bilboa. Jefferson's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Jefferson duly obliges. Jefferson throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jefferson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gordy Jefferson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Jefferson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bilboa as he avoids it easily. Bilboa gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jefferson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bilboa thinking. Jefferson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bilboa manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Gordy Jefferson has got the better of the ground game so far. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jefferson wants to pass the guard but Bilboa is keeping the position.

And that's the end of the fight! Gordy Jefferson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jefferson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jaw walks forward, straight into a front kick from Sweeney. Jaw gets in close and instigates a clinch. Jaw avoids a wild elbow strike from Sweeney. Sweeney pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Sweeney tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Sweeney has Jaw pressed against the cage, preventing Jaw from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Sweeney keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Jaw's efforts to push away. With the fighters up against the cage, Sweeney throws an elbow but misses. Jaw breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. The fight moves into the clinch position. Jaw pushes Sweeney back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. With the fighters up against the cage, Sweeney throws an elbow but misses. Jaw blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Sweeney throws an elbow but it misses.
Sweeney pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Jaw wants to break the clinch but can't.

Sweeney will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Sweeney would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Sweeney decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Sweeney has closed the distance and engaged Jaw in a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Jaw's face as he tries to break the clinch. Jaw lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Jaw breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jaw connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Sweeney to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Jaw!

Benn backs away looking to recover. Benn drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. This has been an exciting period of action! Benn will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Benn is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Benn takes a jab right on the kisser.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! smalls takes the fight into the clinch.
