Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Donald Brasher! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Johnny Gallows! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, John Mangel and Damien Edna.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gallows tries to clinch up. Brasher leaves Gallows with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Brasher avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gallows shoots in and drives through. Brasher sprawls well. Nice takedown defense from Brasher. No joy for Gallows on that attempt. Donald Brasher has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Gallows. Gallows tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Gallows tries a head kick but it misses.
Brasher changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gallows looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Brasher controls the position. Gallows gets back to half guard. Brasher could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Brasher not doing much here.

 Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Brasher is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gallows sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Gallows has his takedown stuffed
and Brasher counters with a shoot takedown. Gallows fights it but they end up in guard. Gallows is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. and Gallows counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Brasher! Gallows tries to control but Brasher wriggling away. Gallows controlling his opponent. Brasher is desperately trying to improve his position but Gallows has a good base and remains in mount. Brasher is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Gallows seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Brasher does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Gallows is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Brasher's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Gallows is trying to stand back up. Will Brasher go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

That was a close second round but I would say that Donald Brasher will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Brasher drops an elbow to the side of Gallows's head. Gallows is looking to control Brasher's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Gallows avoid being mounted? Brasher looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Brasher looks to score some points with some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Well, if Brasher is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight� I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza� Yum. Can't wait.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Brasher wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gallows keeps working. Gallows trying to hold on to Brasher's head to control him but Brasher postures up.
Gallows is trying to get back to full guard. Gallows is trying to stand up here but Brasher is controlling him well.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Gallows moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Gallows wants to sweep but no luck. Gallows seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Brasher won't allow Gallows to sweep him here. Gallows takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Brasher is stalling in the full guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Brasher trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Gallows is trying to control the position but Brasher postures up. Brasher scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Donald Brasher is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Gallows working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Brasher. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gallows trying to control the position.
Johnny Gallows has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Brasher slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Gallows.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flipper ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Vertek is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Flipper throws a right hand that Vertek ducks under and follows up with a left that Vertek also avoids with ease.
Flipper throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Vertek tumbling to the canvas!

 It looks like Benson Vertek has been cut. Vertek working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Flipper. Flipper trying to control but Vertek is working from the bottom. Flipper wanted to stand there but Vertek had control of the position. Vertek working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Flipper. Flipper trying to stand up but can't free himself from Vertek's guard. Flipper missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Vertek is working an open guard so Flipper takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Vertek tries to clinch but Flipper moves out of range.
Vertek fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Flipper, pushing him back against the cage. Vertek drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Vertek changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Flipper fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Benson Vertek. That's going to take a lot out of him. Flipper cracks Vertek with a hook to the temple - Vertek is on wobbly legs here! Flipper swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Vertek falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Flipper wins by TKO!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dove cracks Foss with an open hand slap. Foss throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Dove misses with a body kick. Dove chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Foss can pounce on him.
Dove takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Foss throws a head kick but Dove moves out of range.
Foss with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
This has been an exciting period of action! Dove uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Foss.
Dove jabbing away but nothing is landing. Foss looks for the body kick but Dove saw that one coming. Olan Foss seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Foss throws a quick inside leg kick. Dove lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Foss circles away quickly and effectively. Foss tries to clinch but Dove is having none of it. Good leg kick by Foss there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Foss throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Foss is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Foss is looking to slow Dove down with leg kicks. Foss throws out a powerful jab. Dove takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Foss misses the shot to the body. Foss misses with a head kick.
Foss throws a low kick but Dove avoids it. Foss fails in his attempt to clinch. Foss lands a really nice looking cross but Dove seems unphased.
Dove is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Foss cracks the inside of Dove's front leg. Foss fails in his attempt to clinch. Foss pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Foss just misses with a punch to the body.
Foss throws a sloppy head kick and Dove moves out of range easily. Olan Foss is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dove moves out of range of the body kick. Foss lands with a kick to the temple. Dove shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Foss tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Foss throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Foss misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A combination from Dove does no damage. Foss goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Foss lands a jab to Dove's midsection. Foss cracks Dove with a right hand to the side of the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Foss looks to throw the jab but Dove is out of range. Dove avoids the head kick by Foss.
Foss throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dove stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Foss thows a body shot but no joy. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Foss throws a leg kick but Dove sees it coming and checks it nicely. Foss is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dove. Foss thows a body shot but no joy. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Olan Foss dominated that round. The cut man is working on Gal Dove's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

A slow jab from Foss misses its intended target. Foss fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dove manages to avoid it. Foss throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dove sees it coming and avoids it easily. Dove keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Foss cracks Dove with an open hand slap. Foss fails with an attempt to clinch.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Foss lunges at Dove with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Dove's hand. Foss throws a low kick but it's checked well by Dove. Foss misses with a wild body shot. Foss throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dove sees it coming and avoids it easily. Foss will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Foss is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Dove rather than just go for the knockout. Dove has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Foss. Foss tries to clinch up. Foss has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Dove uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Foss.
Foss throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Dove's head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Foss looks to land a body kick but Dove moved away. Dove displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Foss throws out the jab.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Foss lands with a slapping head kick. Foss takes one on the button. Foss throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Dove counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Foss thinking. Dove has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Foss. Gal Dove is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dove avoids the head kick by Foss.
Foss misses the body punch
and Dove counters with a single leg into guard. Foss didn't expect that. Dove stops Foss from standing up. Foss is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Dove gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Dove scores with a jab. Foss acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Dove throws a shot to the body.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Foss throws a nice inside leg kick. Nice defenses there by Foss. Foss wants to clinch but Dove slips to the side and Dove counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. An inside leg kick lands from Foss. Dove lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Dove. Foss misses with a body shot.

Foss throws a looping overhand right but Dove ducks down to avoid it. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Foss turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Foss swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Dove makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Foss dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Dove. That did some damage! Foss throws a combination that misses and Dove counters with a one-two to the body. Nice uppercut lands for Foss. That snapped Dove's head back.
Foss is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Foss scores with a kick to the midsection.

Dove takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Dove has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Foss. A left lands for Foss. Foss throws a head kick that misses. Foss lands a nice shot that snaps Dove's head back.
Foss throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Foss throws a big shot that misses. Foss throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Dove takes a head kick and keeps coming.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Foss cracks Dove with a right hand to the side of the head. Dove tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Dove moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Foss is looking to slow Dove down with leg kicks. Foss is looking to clinch. Dove shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Foss as he jumps to the side. Olan Foss is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Foss fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Dove tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Foss ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Gal Dove has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Foss lands a jab to Dove's midsection.

Crack Corn slips under a jab. Fujiwara throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Crack Corn shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fujiwara pinned against the cage. Fujiwara gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Fujiwara tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
