Undercard bout

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Teddy Sayre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yunel Martinez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sayre comes to the cage accompanied by A Country Boy Can Survive. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sayre stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sayre wants it to stay on the feet.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Martinez crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sayre - the referee stops the clock and Martinez gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sayre. Martinez manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Sayre tries to close the distance and clinch but Martinez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
