Paul takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Rutecki lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Paul has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Paul and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Rutecki tries to clinch but Paul is having none of it.
Paul takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

A big head kick from Rutecki and Paul is sent sprawling to the canvas!

It looks like Ron Paul has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Paul is looking to sinch up a triangle. Rutecki throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Paul's body to avoid the submission. Paul has instead reached around Rutecki's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Paul arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Bishop feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
