The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Merra slaps away a takedown attempt from Fatu, before circling back to the center of the mat. Merra misses with the combination.
Merra looks to land a combination. Fatu sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Merra throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fatu cracks Merra with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Merra looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Fatu finish him?

It looks like Oscar Merra has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Fatu shoots in but no luck this time. Fatu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Merra tries to bum rush Fatu with a series of wild strikes but Fatu uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Rakishi Fatu has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Merra throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
And that's the end of the fight! Oscar Merra comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Merra has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! rovi closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - rovi lands in his opponent's guard. Reis looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Reis is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst rovi is controlling him. rovi stopping the sweep attempt from Reis. Reis might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Reis has his foot on rovi's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. rovi works his way back into a safe position though. rovi postures up.
Reis can't keep his opponent in guard - rovi advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Reis is looking to improve his position.

Reis doesn't care though - he's delighted!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! House throws a right hand that Bob ducks under and follows up with a left that Bob also avoids with ease. House throws a one two combo.
It looks like Abraham Bob has been cut. Bob moves out of range of the strikes. House throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bob sees it coming and avoids it easily. Bob lands a head kick!
House closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bob circles away. Bob fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Jordan House seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. House misses with an uppercut. Bob saw that one coming. A slow jab from House misses its intended target. House throws a shot from downtown. Bob moves away and avoids it. House throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! House stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. House ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Bob looks gassed! House drops Bob with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Bob! House dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dicesar looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Tulley! Tulley is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Tulley is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Tulley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dicesar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Dicesar stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Dicesar fails with a takedown attempt. Tulley uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dicesar. Dicesar fails with a takedown attempt. Dicesar shoots in and drives through. Tulley sprawls well. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Dicesar is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Tulley looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dicesar is one step ahead there.

Tulley lands a knee to the body.
Tulley unloads a knee to the mid-section. A quick uppercut on the inside from Tulley. A short uppercut from Tulley. Tulley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Dicesar throws a sloppy head kick and Tulley holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Dicesar is trying to drag Tulley to the mat but Tulley just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there. Tulley lands a knee to the body.

Tulley rushes Dicesar and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Tulley throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Dicesars head. Tulley lands a right hand. Tulley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Nice work there by Dicesar. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dicesar is looking to stand up but Tulley won't let him. Dicesar trying to control the position from guard on top but Tulley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tulley is working an open guard so Dicesar takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Tulley pushes off an throws an elbow but Dicesar leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes. Dicesar is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Tulley prevents the takedown attempt.
Tulley stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Tulley landing knees to the body.
Tulley's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Dicesar with a lazy takedown attempt and Tulley counters by clinching up. Tulley manages to break the clinch.

Dicesar jumps guard but Tulley stands there with Dicesar around his waist. Dicesar gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Tulley keeping moving, preventing Dicesar from controlling successfully. Tulley controls Dicesar momentarily but Dicesar frees himself. Dicesar passes Tulley's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dicesar seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Tulley is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Edwards connects with a nice short shot to Nutz's temple. Nutz is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Edwards scores with a couple of nice shots. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Edwards accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Nutz throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Edwards has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Maxwell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
