Carlton keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Stockdale shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Carlton but Carlton pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Carlton shoots for a double leg takedown but Stockdale sprawls well. He's pushed Carlton's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Carlton tries to score a power double leg takedown but Stockdale sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Carlton somewhat.

and Carlton counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
