I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Gianmarco Zaniboni was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kojack misses with a body shot.
Zaniboni gets in close and instigates a clinch. Kojack can't break the clinch.
A battle for position here, against the cage. Zaniboni scores with a shot to the side of Kojack's head. Zaniboni scores with a nice hook to the head. Zaniboni lands a body punch in the clinch. Zaniboni breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Zaniboni closes the distance and clinches. Zaniboni pushes Kojack back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Zaniboni lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Zaniboni passes to full mount! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Zaniboni takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Kojack can't escape the position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! dela Rosa fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mexes sprawls well initially but dela Rosa persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. dela Rosa missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
