Hunt got a little sloppy there for a moment and Barricho has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hunt has managed to get both his arms back between Barricho's legs - danger averted.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Hunt here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Taylor kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Dark Tranquillity - Therein. Smith has chosen Let It Rock as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Tay Smith was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Pound shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says MonRoe as he avoids it easily.
Pound tries to close the distance and clinch up but MonRoe swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pound shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts MonRoe as he jumps to the side.
MonRoe misses with a low kick.

MonRoe cracks Pound with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Pound looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can MonRoe finish him?

It looks like Ground Pound has been cut.
MonRoe misses with a series of wild punches.
Pound is still on wobbly legs! Can MonRoe finish him?
Pound closes the distance and clinches up with MonRoe, looking for a takedown. Pound pushes MonRoe against the cage but MonRoe circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Pound seems to have recovered his senses.
Mitchell MonRoe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ground Pound.
