The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guerra scores with a nice body kick.
Gomez looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Guerra tries to clinch but Gomez is having none of it. Guerra moves in looking to clinch but Gomez pushes him off. Guerra throws a quick inside leg kick. Gomez swats away the attempt to clinch by Guerra. A head kick from Guerra lands but Gomez takes it in his stride. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Guerra tries to close the distance and clinch but Gomez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Guerra has Gomez up against the cage in a clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Guerra scoring with some ground and pound. Guerra stands and steps away. Gomez gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Guerra feints and as Gomez raises his hands in defense, Guerra changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Gomez looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Gomez is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Guerra stands and steps away. Gomez gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Guerra tries to clinch there but Gomez circles away.

Guerra closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Guerra working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Guerra wants to get back to his feet.
Gomez is trying to maintain the position but Guerra is very close to passing his half guard. Gomez is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Gomez is refusing to be controlled, as Guerra sits in half guard. Guerra decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Guerra tries to close the distance and clinch but Gomez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Nice takedown defense from Gomez. No joy for Guerra on that attempt. A combination from Guerra does no damage. Guerra moves in looking to clinch but Gomez pushes him off. Guerra closes the distance but Gomez moves to the side and Gomez counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Guerra fails in his attempt to clinch. Guerra throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Guerra lands with a slapping head kick. Guerra looks to clinch and Gomez counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Guerra lands an elbow inside.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Slone cracks del Panther with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Slone misses with a few strikes there.
Slone lands a jab to del Panther's midsection. Slone scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Slone lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Slone. del Panther showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Slone.
Slone rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but del Panther moves out of range and avoids them all easily. del Panther fails with a takedown attempt. del Panther throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Slone's waist but Slone gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing del Panther off to one side. del Panther shoots in and drives through. Slone sprawls well. Ezra Slone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Padre del Panther. A telegraphed takedown attempt from del Panther is defended easily by Slone. del Panther tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Slone swivels and escapes. Padre del Panther seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! del Panther is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Slone. del Panther fails to land the takedown. del Panther scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. del Panther looks gassed! del Panther working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Possibly, maybe, no del Panther has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Slone is pushing del Panther's head away, looking to escape. del Panther manages to hold on to the position though. del Panther tries to score with some ground and pound. Slone controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

After a battle for position, del Panther asserts his dominance and retains side control. del Panther thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Slone is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but del Panther has just dragged him back down to the mat. del Panther tries to advance to mount but Slone denies him. del Panther tries to score with some ground and pound. Slone controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. del Panther wants to control but Slone is keeping him busy. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. del Panther might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Slone kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Not really close to a finish though. del Panther wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Slone, who protects the arm well. Slone might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Slone knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. del Panther is trying to get an arm triangle but Slone is defending well. Figueroa cracks Evans with a right hand to the side of the head. Evans lands a nice hook to Figueroa's body. Figueroa takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Evans slips a straight right by Figueroa. A nice inside leg kick there by Evans. That's going to slow Figueroa down. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Evans wants to clinch. No joy there for Figueroa, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Figueroa throws a nice looking combination but Evans bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Figueroa sizes up Evans with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Figueroa throws a big shot that misses. Figueroa throws a right and a left that both miss. Evans is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Figueroa's half guard. Evans is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Evans lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. That's two minutes gone in the round. Fernandes tries to clinch and Sewell moves into the clinch. Fernandes scores with an uppercut up the middle. Still in the clinch, Fernandes scores with a nice short uppercut. Fernandes wants a takedown.
Fernandes throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Sewells head. Sewell has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Fernandes is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Fernando Fernandes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Sewell. Fernandes gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sewell has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Fernandes shoots in for a double leg but Sewell sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Fernandes slaps away a takedown attempt from Sewell, before circling back to the center of the mat. Fernandes with a lazy takedown attempt and Sewell decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Fernandes's guard. Sewell is working Fernandes over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Fernandes throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Fernandes striking off his back but it's not causing Sewell any problems. Sewell preventing the sweep. Fernandes has momentary wrist control but Sewell slips an elbow through the middle. Sewell trying to control the position from guard on top but Fernandes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sewell stands up out of Fernandes's guard for a moment - Fernandes manages to land a nice upkick. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fernandes shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sewell counters with a nice double leg into side control. Fernandes won't be happy with that. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sewell is staying tight to Fernandes's torso, preventing him from escaping. Fernando Fernandes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Michael Sewell is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Fernandes throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
And that's the end of the fight! Michael Sewell comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sewell has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some bone on bone action there as Stallone checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Nice body punch from Stallone. ss shoots in looking for a takedown. Stallone tries to sprawl out of it but ss keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stallone manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. ss slips a jab and a cross from Stallone.
Stallone looks to land a combination but ss avoids it well. Stallone scores with a sloppy right hand. ss should have avoided that one. Stallone misses with a wild combination.
ss sends Stallone crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! ss is motioning to the referee to let Stallone up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Sly Stallone has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Stallone ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Stallone throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh ss colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Stallone as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and ss is left battered and dazed whilst Stallone and his camp cheer!
