2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Naruto Uzamaki! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pearce avoids the head kick by Uzamaki.

It looks like Ross Pearce has been cut. Uzamaki stuffs the takedown attempt from Pearce. Pearce gets slowly back to his feet. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Uzamaki throws a sloppy head kick and Pearce moves out of range easily. Pearce is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Uzamaki shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Pearce lands a nice shot to the body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bong gets a takedown into half guard. Nice strikes from Bong there. Ramos is looking to improve his position.
Bong is nestled in close to Ramos, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Bong is looking to advance position but Ramos won't allow it. Ramos regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Bong. Ramos escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Bong trying to control the position from guard on top but Ramos is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bong looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Ramos wants to stand up but Bong is controlling him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ramos isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bong stacks Ramos on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bong! Ramos tries to bench press Bong off him but Bong keeps the position. Bong in side control, just content to control the action for now. Ramos takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Bong thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ramos trying to control but Bong flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Ramos turns into Bong and is now in his guard.

Ramos takes a little break here. Bong wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Ramos wants to clinch up but Bong keeps it at a distance. Ramos doesn't manage to clinch there - Bong circles away.
Bong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ramos moves away. Allan Ramos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bong missing with a left hand there. Ramos was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Ramos stuns Bong with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Ramos slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Ramos shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bong counters with a single leg into guard. Ramos didn't expect that. Ramos not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

A close round but Bing Bong will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Ramos counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Ramos misses with a wild body shot. Bong closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ramos circles away. Ramos misses the shot to the body. A shot to the body from Ramos misses and Bong counters with a takedown into side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bong sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Ramos is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Bong postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Bong prevents Ramos from getting back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bong throwing strikes but missing. Bong makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Bong looking to sit in guard and control but Ramos gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Ramos trying to control the position from guard on top but Bong is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bong wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Ramos wants to control from the top but Bong keeps moving. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Ramos throws a one two combo.
Ramos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bong was well out of range. Poor timing from Ramos. Ramos throws a shot to the body.
Bong takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Ramos drops Bong with a right and a left! Ramos comes rushing in but Bong regains his composure and manages to keep Ramos in guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ramos throwing strikes but missing. Bong not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Masaru looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Dave Ming Chang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Masaru shoots and misses and Ming Chang counters with a takedown into side control. Masaru wants to control but Ming Chang postures up. Ming Chang decides to stand up, so the ref orders Masaru to his feet. Masaru gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Ming Chang counters with a right hand to the body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Masaru with a poor takedown and Ming Chang counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. ONeill misses with a straight left. Wade slips under a jab. ONeill cracks Wade with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
It looks like Luke Wade has been cut. ONeill throws a looping overhand right but Wade ducks down to avoid it. Wade closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming ONeill to the mat! ONeill manages to get full guard. ONeill is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Wade is controlling him. Wade thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Wade advances position into side control! ONeill wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Wade is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but ONeill is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Wade working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! ONeill is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Wade has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for ONeill! Wade looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. ONeill defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Wade. Wade looks gassed! ONeill's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? Gantrain shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Gantrain drives through with a takedown into guard.

Some bone on bone action there as Spartalainen checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Spartalainen takes a shot right to the bread basket. Spartalainen looks gassed! Spartalainen tries to clinch up but Riddel circles away and keeps his distance. Nice uppercut there from Riddel. Riddel throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Spartalainen stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Riddel throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Spartalainen looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Riddel connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Spartalainen's hands. Spartalainen circles away from the clinch attempt and Spartalainen counters with a nice body shot. Riddel lands a with a good body shot. Riddel looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Riddel moves into the clinch.

Riddel feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Spartalainen sprawling to the canvas! Spartalainen rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Riddel finish him?!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Riddel steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Spartalainen is out on his feet! Riddel sets himself and nearly takes Spartalainen's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!

Richter looks gassed! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
