6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luke Becker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ronnie Storm! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm lands with a nice body punch. Becker shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Storm wants to hold on but Becker pushes him away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Becker blocks Storm's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Storm tries to get back to half guard but can't. Becker trying to control but he's not successful this time. Storm tries to lock up and control but Becker gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Storm is trying to escape the mount.
Storm regains half guard. Storm is trying to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Becker misses with a head shot. Storm uses the momentum to regain guard. Storm has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Storm's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Becker accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Becker wants to control from the top but Storm keeps moving. Becker advances position into side control! Storm manages to get back to half guard. Becker trying to control from half guard but Storm is working away. Storm is trying to control but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Becker throwing shots but Storm is blocking nicely. Storm is looking to control Becker's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Storm avoid being mounted? Becker thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Storm's head. Storm works his way to full guard. Good work. Becker pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Storm is keeping the position for now. Becker preventing the sweep.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Becker shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Storm as he avoids it easily. Becker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Storm tries to avoid it but Becker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Storm to the ground. Storm escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Becker is breathing heavily. Storm throws a head kick but Becker moves out of range.
Storm stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Storm wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Luke Becker. That's going to take a lot out of him. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Storm pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Storm throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Becker was covering up waiting for the punch and Storm finishes the takedown easily into guard. Storm slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Becker has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Becker is working to avoid the ground and pound but Storm connects with a decent elbow. Storm grinds an elbow into Becker's temple. Storm creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Becker sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Becker is not content to let Storm control the position. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Becker takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Storm is putting a hurting on Becker here, landing some big shots from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Storm trying to control the action but Becker is working from the bottom. Becker tries to buck Storm off but Storm is having none of it. Storm lands a nice forearm strike. Becker is trying to escape the position but Storm is controlling the position. Becker is looking for a sweep. Becker is trying to work for a sweep but Storm has mounted him! Storm swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Becker is now in Storm's guard. A big mistake from Storm there, giving up the dominant position! Storm wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ronnie Storm dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Becker has his takedown stuffed and Storm counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Storm misses with a leg kick. Storm swings for the body but Becker moves out of range.
Storm walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Becker checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Ronnie Storm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Becker gets caught flat footed, as Storm shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Storm throwing strikes from guard but Becker blocks nicely. Storm working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Becker's head. Storm connects with a couple of short punches. Becker controls Storm momentarily but Storm frees himself. Storm drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Becker manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Storm has Becker in his guard. Storm wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Becker landing with the ground and pound. Storm manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Becker manages to get himself to full guard.
Storm stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Becker swivels though and keeps the full guard. Becker is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Storm trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Storm drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Storm jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Storm accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Storm trying to control but Becker is working from the bottom. Storm working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Storm trying to control but Becker is working from the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Becker misses with a takedown attempt and Storm counters with a nice uppercut. Storm looks to score with a jab to the body but Becker is just out of range. Storm throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Storm is controlling Becker's trapped leg to prevent Becker from advancing to side control. Becker is figuring out what he wants to do next. Becker wants to take a breather but Storm is having none of it.

Despite being in the dominant position, Ronnie Storm just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Becker misses with a takedown and Storm counters with a single leg into guard. Becker didn't expect that. Becker looking to hit a scissor sweep but Storm is one step ahead there. Storm content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Storm trying to control the position from guard on top but Becker is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Ronnie Storm. Well Storm has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Edwards is squirming around, avoiding Escobar's attempts to control the action.

Edwards is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Escobar, into his guard.

The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Kreuger has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Ness is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kreuger trying to control the position from guard on top but Ness is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kreuger with a flurry of punches that miss.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moller fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. hardon sprawls well initially but Moller persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Moller thows a huge punch but hardon dodges it nicely.

Moller throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as hardon works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Moller wants to pass the guard but hardon is keeping the position. Moller cracks hardon with a solid left hand. Moller connects with a couple of short punches. hardon working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Moller has passed into half guard!
hardon has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Moller. Oh but hardon has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Moller goes limp - he's gone! hardon jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

Gordon lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nose feints and as Gordon raises his hands in defense, Nose changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Gordon wants to sweep but no luck. Gordon keeping full guard, as Nose tries to pass.

Gordon misses with a wild body shot. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gordon lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Nose has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Nose and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Nose keeping moving, preventing Gordon from controlling successfully. Nose is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Gordon avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Nose. Nose missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Gordon has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Nose is working away from the top position though. Nose thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gordon's head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ronnie Nose showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! VonMueller on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. VonMueller dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Blerim. That did some damage! Blerim lands a nice shot to the body.

That was a close fourth round but I would say that Trinity Hill will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning.
