The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture wants to slow De Nascimiento down by chopping away at his legs.
Couture catches De Nascimiento with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
De Nascimiento tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Couture was well out of range. Poor timing from De Nascimiento.

De Nascimiento avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

De Nascimiento gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Couture.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Justice misses with a wild body shot.
Sobrawl avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Justice defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sobrawl.
Sobrawl fails to land the takedown.
Duke Justice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sobrawl avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Justice tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Justice throws a hook but Sobrawl avoids it easily.

Sobrawl throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Justice was covering up waiting for the punch and Sobrawl finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sobrawl looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Horrible takedown by Sobrawl or perhaps it was just good defense by Justice which made him look bad.
Duke Justice has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Renata Sobrawl.

Sobrawl shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Justice manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Justice is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Sobrawl has gone for a leg lock! Justice slips out almost immediately though and dives into Sobrawl's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Justice stays in close to Sobrawl's body and controls the position.
Justice wants to control from the top but Sobrawl keeps moving.

Sobrawl has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Justice doesn't defend quickly enough and Sobrawl has managed to lock this one up! Can Justice escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Sobrawl on a fantastic submission victory.
