The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanner tries to clinch there but Nobriga circles away.
Nobriga on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Tanner. Tanner obviously looking to wear him down.
Nobriga shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tanner pinned against the cage. Tanner gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Tanner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Nobriga avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nobriga tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tanner sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nobriga somewhat.

Tanner lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Nobriga backs up against the cage.

Nobriga avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nobriga throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tanner stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Nobriga sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Tanner lets loose with a powerful body kick. Nobriga will feel that in the morning.
Nobriga tries to keep at a distance but Tanner has taken the fight into the clinch.
Tanner lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Nobriga backwards.
Tanner breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Tanner scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Tanner goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Nobriga is rocked!
Tanner connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Nobriga! He's out on his feet! Tanner rushes in and drops Nobriga with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
