The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice defenses there by Fleischer. Myllys throws a series of punches but Fleischer avoids them all with ease. Myllys dodges the punch combination from Fleischer.
Fleischer lands a big head kick that sends Myllys tumbling to the mat! Fleischer takes a step backwards and waves Myllys back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Power shoots in for a takedown but Bautista shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Bautista ducks under a wild hook from Power. Bautista clinches up against the cage. Bautista gets through Power's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Gaia Ky has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Purjo decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Jukka Purjo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Purjo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. A low kick from Cole lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Shinobi has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Shinobi and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Nice defenses there by Cole. Donk. Shinobi catches Cole right on the button with a cross. Good standup being displayed there by Shinobi as he connects with a hook. Cole tries to close the distance and clinch but Shinobi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Nice takedown defense from Shinobi. No joy for Cole on that attempt. Cole tries to clinch but Shinobi is having none of it. Shinobi throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Cole counters with a thumping low kick. Cole lands with a slapping head kick. Shinobi lands a left and a right that send Cole crashing to the mat, dazed. Shinobi thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Cole is still on wobbly legs! Can Shinobi finish him? Cole drops his hands momentarily and Shinobi needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Cole just on the top of the head. Cole drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Cole - he's done!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Kang. Kang misses with a wild body shot. Rudirez tries for a takedown but Kang sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Rudirez moves out of range as Kang strikes. Rudirez shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Kang wants to clinch. Rudirez misses with a hook. Kang ducked under it nicely. Kang throws a right and a left that Rudirez avoids nicely. Kang throws a nice looking combination but Rudirez bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kang connects with a nice looking jab.

Rudirez has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kang finds it's way round the side to connect with Rudirez's head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nice jab there from Kang.

Kang wants to get back to full guard. Kang is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Rudirez pulls his head out easily. Kang looks gassed! Rudirez lands strikes from half guard. Rudirez thows a huge punch but Kang dodges it nicely.
Rudirez not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rudirez connects with a nice short shot to Kang's temple. Kang avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Rudirez. The fighters are battling for position here. Kang manages to regain full guard. Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kang utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Rudirez looking to pass the guard. Rudirez tries to stand but Kang is controlling from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rudirez postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Kang is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rudirez is aware though and is defending well. Kang is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Kang throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rudirez counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kang won't be happy with that. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rudirez lands a nice forearm strike. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rudirez decides to stand up, so the ref orders Kang to his feet. A nice inside leg kick there by Rudirez. That's going to slow Kang down. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rudirez pulls Kang in close to his closed guard and prevents Kang from doing any damage or advancing position. Kang is breathing heavily.

He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Rudirez misses with a low kick.
Rudirez wants to clinch but Kang slips to the side and Kang connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Kang looks to land a right hand but Rudirez moved out of range. A big right from Kang misses. Kang misses with the combination.

Kang takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. A low kick from Rudirez is predictable there and Kang counters with a lovely straight right hand! Rudirez misses with a body kick. Kang moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Rudirez feints and then cracks Kang's leading leg with a nice low kick. But Rudirez has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Rudirez! Rudirez working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Kang takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Rudirez postures up and lands a big shot to Kang's brow. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Rudirez not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Kang looking for submissions off his back. Rudirez is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kang doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rudirez. Kang wants to control but Rudirez is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Kang connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Marco Rudirez is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Marco Rudirez is winning the standup battle so far. Rudirez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

A battle for position here, against the cage. Kenner pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Kenner throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. A low kick from Silver misses and Kenner counters with a nice body shot. Silver takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Kenner lands with a shot to the body. Silver walks into a straight right hand from Kenner. Kenner shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Silver manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Kenner with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Kenner lands a couple of decent looking shots. Silver has momentary wrist control but Kenner slips an elbow through the middle. Silver utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Kenner slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Kenner chips away with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kenner works over Silver with some ground and pound from guard. DeAngelo Kenner overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Silver has momentary wrist control but Kenner slips an elbow through the middle. Kenner wants to control from the top but Silver keeps moving. Silver working a defensive guard here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kenner working some strikes from top position. Kenner lands a couple of digs. Kenner distracts Silver with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Silver pulls Kenner in close to prevent any damage. Kenner pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Silver is keeping the position for now. Silver is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Kenner trying to control but Silver is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Silver controls Kenner momentarily but Kenner frees himself. Kenner postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Silver keeping moving, preventing Kenner from controlling successfully. Kenner is pushing down on Silver's leg trying to pass to half guard. Silver is fighting to maintain full guard but Kenner has managed to sneak the leg through. Silver wants to improve his position but Kenner is controlling well.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Silver darts in trying to clinch and Kenner counters with a nice double leg into side control. Silver won't be happy with that. Silver is trying to get back to half guard.
