Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Manson Wright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Edward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wright might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Distillers - Drain the Blood. Ryan Edward will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edward's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Edward duly obliges.
Wright swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Well Edward has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fenix rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but mc cormac moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fenix just misses with a punch to the body.
Fenix fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Marcus Fenix seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
mc cormac is looking to clinch but Fenix is avoiding it.
Fenix goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
mc cormac tries to clinch up but Fenix circles away and keeps his distance.
Fenix moves out of range of the strikes.
Fenix swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
mc cormac fails with an attempt to clinch.
A slow jab from Fenix misses its intended target.
mc cormac fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Fenix throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fenix shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has mc cormac pinned against the cage. mc cormac gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
mc cormac tries to clinch but Fenix moves out of range.

mc cormac doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Fenix scores with a decent looking hook.
Fenix circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fenix moves out of range of the strikes.
The fight stays on the outside here - mc cormac looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Fenix drops mc cormac with a beautiful combination! mc cormac stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Fenix is looking for the KO!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fenix lands a big right hand that sends mc cormac crashing to the mat! Fenix stays standing though and waves mc cormac back to his feet!
mc cormac is rocked!
Fenix lands with a big right hook that stumbles mc cormac - he's out on his feet here! Fenix follows up with another monster hook that separates mc cormac from consciousness! mc cormac falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Fenix stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
