1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Leigh Irons! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Irons looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Masques changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Masques scores with a shot to the body.
Masques keeps the fight on the outside. A decent looking cross lands there for Masques . Masques scores with a nice right hand.
Masques throws a series of strikes that have Irons backpedaling.
Irons has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Jab, jab by Masques - just one landing. Masques throws a combination. Irons tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Masques tests Irons's chin there with a solid looking shot. Masques connects with a nice looking jab.
Masques connects with a crisp jab. Masques lands a glancing blow to the side of Irons's head.
Irons is rocked! No luck with that takedown attempt from Irons. Irons is still on wobbly legs! Can Masques finish him? Irons looks gassed! Irons switches off momentarily and Masques cracks him with a monster right hand! Irons topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Masques dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Masques !

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nash shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Nash moves into the clinch. Nash landing knees to the head.
It looks like Dan Lee has been cut. Nash landing knees to the head.
Lee is trying to break the clinch but Nash is controlling him. Lee wants to get back to striking at distance but Nash won't allow it.
Nash is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Nash escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dan Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lee lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nash circles away quickly and effectively. Nash dives in and grabs Lee's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lee pushes down on Nash's head and hops out. Lee misses with a two punch combination.
Nash closes the distance and clinches up with Lee, looking for a takedown. Nash pushes Lee against the ropes but Lee circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Dan Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hunter Nash. Nash tries to clinch up but Lee circles away and keeps his distance. Nash fails with a takedown attempt. Nash slips a jab and a cross from Lee.
Lee looks to clinch and Nash counters with a left and a right that stings Lee. Nash changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lee tries to avoid it but Nash manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lee to the ground. Lee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nash is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Lee throws a looping overhand right but Nash ducks down to avoid it. Nice jab there from Lee.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nash clinches with his opponent.
Lee is trying to break free. Nash prevents a body shot from Lee. Lee is trying to break the clinch but Nash is controlling him. Lee is looking to break free of the clinch but Nash has double underhooks. Nash successfully pulls guard.
Nash wants to stand but Lee is controlling the position. Lee has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Nash is proving hard to escape from. Nash is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Nash looks gassed! Lee trying to stand up but can't free himself from Nash's guard. Lee really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill... Nash trying to keep a closed guard but Lee is proving a slippery customer.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Nash fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Lee tries to clinch and Nash counters with a series of strikes. Lee will be more careful next time no doubt. Lee looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Lee throws a right and a left that Nash avoids nicely. Lee closes the distance but Nash moves to the side and Nash counters with a head kick. That will keep Lee thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Lee throws a sloppy head kick and Nash counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Lee is lucky that one didn't land flush. Nash tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lee sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nash somewhat. Lee leaves Nash with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Lee misses with a body shot
and Nash counters with a straight right hand. Some wild striking there from Lee.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nash shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Lee swinging wilding here.
Nash avoids a punch combination nicely.
Lee tries to clinch but Nash is having none of it. Nash gets in close and instigates a clinch. Lee wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Nash has him pressed against the ropes. Nash has Lee pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Lee manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Lee can't break the clinch.
Nash prevents Lee from breaking the clinch. Lee takes a knee right on the jaw!
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Nash obliges. Lee is trying to force a seperation but Nash has the dominant position. Lee tries to break the clinch but Nash is controlling the position. Nash's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Lee lands a jab-cross combination.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Lee throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Nash moves into the clinch. Lee is pressed up against the ropes. Nash has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lee down to the mat. Lee avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Lee stuffs the takedown. Nash is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Lee is looking to clinch but Nash is avoiding it.
Lee throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nash. Nash avoids a kick to the body.
Nash closes the distance and clinches up with Lee, looking for a takedown. Nash pushes Lee against the ropes but Lee circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Lee throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Nash counters by moving into the clinch. Nash connects with a nasty looking knee right to Lee's face.
Lee looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Lee wants to break the clinch but can't.
Nash drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lee gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That was a close round but I would say that Dan Lee will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Dan Lee's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nash is defended easily by Lee. Lee is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Nash. Nash drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lee prevents Nash from improving position. Nash trying to control the action but Lee is working from the bottom. Nash creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Lee sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Lee avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Nash. Lee is not content to let Nash control the position. Lee knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nash on the ground. Lee prevents Nash from moving into mount.

Nash is trying to drag Lee to the mat but Lee just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there. Hunter Nash showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Dan Lee's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Nash wants to pass the guard but Lee is keeping the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that's the end of the fight! Hunter Nash comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Nash has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The referee warns Kostecki that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Samuray lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Kostecki is bucking up trying to escape but Samuray cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Samuray trying to control but he's not successful this time. Samuray lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Samuray wants to take a breather but Kostecki is having none of it.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Kostecki defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Samuray. Kostecki slaps away a takedown attempt from Samuray, before circling back to the center of the mat. Kostecki throws a one two combo.
Kostecki displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Samuray. Kostecki tries to clinch up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Samuray gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kostecki counters with a lovely straight right hand!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wen tries to clinch up. o brian is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. o brian rushes Wen and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. o brian is working for takedown but Wen is calmly controlling the position for now. Wen tries to work over o brian's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. o brian is trying to trip Wen. He has hold of a leg but Wen is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. o brian persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Wen wants to stand and escape but o brian is having none of it. o brian wants to stand but Wen has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Wen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. o brian is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Wen not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Wen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Wen keeping moving, preventing o brian from controlling successfully. Wen not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Wen is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Wen is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst o brian is controlling him. o brian trying to control but Wen is working from the bottom. o brian might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Wen kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The referee will not allow him to do that for long. o brian working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. o brian wants to control from the top but Wen keeps moving. Wen tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Wen scores a takedown into full mount! Wen jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… o brian is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by o brian and Wen has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

That's three minutes gone in the round. o brian has one foot on Wen's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Wen is looking to slow o brian down with leg kicks. Wen fails with an attempt to clinch.
