Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Noob Crusher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crusher comes to the cage accompanied by Bodies. The crowd seem to be enjoying Dixon's choice of entrance music: Joker and the Thief, Wolfmother. Noob Crusher is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crusher stuffs the takedown attempt from Dixon. Dixon gets slowly back to his feet. Dixon fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Crusher tries to land a leg kick but Dixon saw it coming and moves away.
Crusher throws a half hearted mid kick. Dixon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Crusher tries to avoid it but Dixon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Crusher to the ground. Crusher escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Noob Crusher has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Dixon. Crusher tries to bum rush Dixon with a series of wild strikes but Dixon uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Dixon is looking to clinch. Dixon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Crusher sprawls well. Crusher wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dixon gets slowly back to his feet. Crusher throws a wild body kick that Dixon sees coming a mile off. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A nice inside leg kick there by Crusher. That's going to slow Dixon down. The fight stays on the outside here - Crusher looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Crusher looks to clinch and Dixon counters with a single leg into guard. Crusher didn't expect that. Dixon stops Crusher from standing up. Dixon trying to control but Crusher is working from the bottom. Crusher is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Crusher tries to clinch but Dixon is having none of it. Noob Crusher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Crusher throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Dixon is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

Holmes tries to break the clinch but Egans is controlling the position. Holmes swings wildly with an uppercut but Egans uses good head movement to avoid it. Egans using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Holmes has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Somebody is looking to reverse the position. Shmuck tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Shmuck has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Somebody is not content to let Shmuck control the position. Somebody sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Somebody controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Somebody is looking for a sweep. Shmuck is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Somebody taking some punishment here, with Shmuck in his half guard. Somebody is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Shmuck's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Shmuck's back! Somebody doesn't have the hooks in and Shmuck manages to turn into his guard.

Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Somebody might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Shmuck lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Joe Somebody overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dukes closes the distance and lands a one-two. Dukes throws a right and a left that Gonzalez avoids nicely. Gonzalez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dukes swivels and escapes. Gonzalez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dukes tries to avoid it but Gonzalez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dukes to the ground. Dukes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Frank Dukes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dukes looks to land a combination but Gonzalez avoids it well. Dukes tries to work over Gonzalez's front leg with a kick but Gonzalez checks it. Dukes wants to land a leg kick but Gonzalez is out of range. The fight stays on the outside here - Dukes looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Some wild striking there from Dukes.
Gonzalez shoots for a double leg takedown but Dukes sprawls well. He's pushed Gonzalez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. de Cruz moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! de Cruz scores with a jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roco de Cruz dominated that round. That's time! Drake's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Rage drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Rage is trying desperately to land a takedown but de Silva is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Rage. de Silva feints and then cracks Rage's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rage down. de Silva stuns Rage with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Rage tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. de Silva plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
That has opened up Flash Rage's cut even more. Rage takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Rage connects with a good right hand that stumbles de Silva. de Silva circles away out of range and recomposes himself. de Silva dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rage. That did some damage! A chopping leg kick lands by de Silva. de Silva lands a nice looking body kick. Rage shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with de Silva but de Silva pushes him off and we're back to square one. de Silva throws a nice outside leg kick. de Silva feints and then cracks Rage's leading leg with a nice low kick. Luca de Silva is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. de Silva lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by de Silva. de Silva rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rage moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Rage drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. de Silva goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Rage's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. de Silva connects with a solid leg kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! No luck with that takedown attempt from Rage. Ouch! a nice leg kick from de Silva, right into the meat.

Berry thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Goldbergsteinman drives through with a takedown into guard. Goldbergsteinman postures up in Berry's guard and throws a big left but Berry blocks it. Berry utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Berry is on top in guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Goldbergsteinman can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Berry controls the pace.
