6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shinobu Hayabusa! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nanaka drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Nanaka slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Nanaka in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Nanaka slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
We're going to have a standup here because Kitsuomi Nanaka wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Hayabusa lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nanaka shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Hayabusa is trying to defend but Nanaka finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Nanaka is taking a breather. Hayabusa says something to him but it's hard to make out. Hayabusa quickly recovers to half guard. Nanaka works his way into full mount! Nanaka throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Nanaka sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hayabusa defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Nanaka. Nanaka goes for an armbar but Hayabusa turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Hayabusa.

Nanaka swings around for an armbar but Hayabusa sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Nanaka's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's one minute gone in the round. Nanaka shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Nanaka was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Poor strikes thrown by Nanaka there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Nanaka with a flurry of punches that miss. Hayabusa wants to stand and escape but Nanaka is having none of it. Nanaka throws and elbow that misses. Hayabusa uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Nanaka's guard. Nice move by Hayabusa! Nanaka is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hayabusa is looking to stand up but Nanaka isn't so interested in that idea. Kitsuomi Nanaka overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Nanaka sitting in guard, not really doing much.

Nanaka has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hayabusa being controlled here, momentarily. Nanaka with a flurry of punches that miss. Nanaka controls from within his opponent's guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kitsuomi Nanaka. Nanaka drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hayabusa is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Nanaka is controlling him well. Nanaka creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Hayabusa sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Nanaka just content to control the position. Nanaka thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nanaka trying to control the position but Hayabusa is working away. Nanaka working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Hayabusa is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Nanaka has just dragged him back down to the mat.
And that's the end of the fight! Kitsuomi Nanaka showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Nanaka, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grobovski misses with a takedown attempt and Mfaki counters with a nice uppercut. Grobovski tries for a takedown but Mfaki circles away easily and Mfaki cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Grobovski stuffs the takedown attempt from Mfaki. Mfaki gets slowly back to his feet. Grobovski misses with a takedown attempt and Mfaki counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Grobovski's guard now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sergei Grobovski. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mfaki cracks Grobovski with a solid left hand. Mfaki throwing strikes but missing. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Grobovski is on top in guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Grobovski has Mfaki pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Mfaki manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Mfaki has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Grobovski clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Grobovski manages to reverse the position and now he's in Mfaki's guard. Nice work there by Grobovski.
And that's the end of the fight! Jojo Mfaki comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mfaki has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. It looks like Jeff Balls has been cut. Balls throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ko rattles Balls with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Balls tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Ko dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Balls stiff and motionless on the mat!

and Sedfenor connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Combos scores with a three punch combo!
Sedfenor fails with the takedown and Combos connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Combos uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Sedfenor has time to react. Combos scores with a jab to the head.
Sedfenor has his takedown stuffed and Combos counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Combos cracks a nice hook into Sedfenor's ribs. Sedfenor takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Combos throws a series of punches but Sedfenor moves out of range. Combos lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Nice straight punches there by Combos. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Combos. Combos sizes up Sedfenor with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Combos digs a good hook to Sedfenor's body.
Combos lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sedfenor circles away quickly and effectively.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Samurai throws a low kick but Bruaa avoids it. Samurai throws a leg kick but Bruaa sees it coming and moves out of range. Shinaya Ako Bruaa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Samurai throws an overhand right that lands on Bruaa's shoulder, as Bruaa tries to avoid the shot. Samurai throws a combination that misses and Bruaa counters with a nice uppercut. Samurai ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Bruaa shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Samurai is trying to defend but Bruaa finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Samurai passes into half guard under a barage of strikes. Samurai is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bruaa is just riding it out for now. Samurai eventually gives up the hold. Bruaa is staying active underneath Samurai, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
