The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bueller is looking to clinch. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Bueller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bueller wants it to stay on the feet. No luck for Bueller with that takedown attempt. Hans gets in close and instigates a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bueller pushes Hans back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Hans manages to break the clinch.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oliveira throws a right and a left that Son avoids nicely. Nice cross by Son. Oliveira misses with a looping right. Son moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Oliveira fails in his attempt to clinch. A clash of legs there as Son blocks the low kick. Oliveira moves in looking to clinch but Son pushes him off. Son takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
It looks like Gray Son has been cut. Oliveira is trying hard to land a takedown here. Son sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Oliveira scores with a three punch combo!

That has opened up Binho Oliveira's cut even more. Son scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Son tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Oliveira crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Son - the referee stops the clock and Oliveira gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Son. Oliveira manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Oliveira moves out of range of the leg kick from Son.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Oliveira misses with a looping right. Oliveira walks into a stiff left hand from Son. Son connects with a crisp jab. Oliveira will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Son throws a solid leg kick but Oliveira takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Son. Son connects with a leg kick. Oliveira looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Oliveira shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Son pinned against the cage. Son gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Gray Son has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Binho Oliveira. Oliveira has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Son. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Oliveira tries to close the distance and clinch but Son swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gray Son dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Oliveira might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Son has got the better of the exchanges. Son keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Oliveira. Son attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Son throws a front kick aimed at Oliveira's knee but Oliveira avoids it well. Oliveira tries to close the distance and clinch up but Son swats him away and circles back towards the center. Oliveira misses with a head kick.
A low kick from Oliveira is predictable there and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Son is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Oliveira can do to turn this around? Oliveira takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Gray Son is winning the standup battle so far. Oliveira blocks a head kick by Son.

Oliveira will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Son cracks the inside of Oliveira's front leg. Oliveira checks a low kick from Son. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Oliveira throws a leg kick that is checked and Son counters with a nice low kick that buckles Oliveira's knee momentarily. Both fighters circling a little - Son finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Son throws a sloppy head kick and Oliveira moves out of range easily. Oliveira has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Son. Oliveira walks into a jab. Son fails to land with a series of punches.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Oliveira takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking.
