Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Chase! Hardt is out on his feet! Chase rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Hardt is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Hardt is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winters connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
It looks like Roger Ribeiro has been cut.
Ribeiro tries to move into range but Winters moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Ribeiro misses with a takedown
and Winters connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Ribeiro on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Winters scores with a punch to the head.
The fighters circle momentarily. Winters darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Winters lands with a big left! Ribeiro is wobbled badly! Winters comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Ribeiro to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
