The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Borodo throws a poor cross that misses
and Nagurski counters with a lovely straight right hand! Borodo misses with a lunging right hand
and Nagurski cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Nagurski drops Borodo with a beautiful combination! Borodo stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Nagurski is looking for the KO!
It looks like Imay Borodo has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Borodo, as that shot connected.

and Nagurski counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Borodo thinking. Nagurski throws an overhand right that has Borodo reeling! Nagurski follows up with more punches and Borodo is out cold! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fitts misses with an uppercut
and Lee connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Fitts swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Fitts scores with a body shot.
Lee gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily enabling Fitts to counter with a crisp jab. A chopping leg kick lands by Fitts. Fitts throws a hook to the side of Lee's head but Lee sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Fitts thows a body shot but no joy. Lee closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lee postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Lee wants to control but Fitts is keeping him busy. The ground and pound from Lee seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Fitts is trying to get back to half guard. Lee has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Fitts is trying to control Lee's posture but Lee avoids it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sloppy strikes there by Lee.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fitts defending against the ground and pound. Lee misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Fitts tries to escape but Lee is in control. Lee misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Lee scoring with punches from side control. Fitts is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Lee fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Fitts is looking for a sweep. Lee tries to move into full mount but can't pass Fitts's legs. Fitts avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Lee. Fitts pushes Lee away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Lee gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Lee works to advance to full mount. Fitts defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Fitts working to try and regain half guard.
Fitts really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lee working away from the top, dropping strikes. Lee can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Fitts is looking to escape. Fitts keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Lee lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fitts can do anything to dispel that myth. Lee punishing his opponent with strikes. Lee with shots to the head and body - Fitts looks very uncomfortable down there. Fitts is wriggling around trying to escape.
Lee scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Fitts?
Fitts is rocked! Lee breaks from Fitts's wrist control and lands an elbow. Fitts is still in real trouble! Can Lee finish him? Oooooh, big shot lands for Lee! Fitts is hurt baaadly! Lee is firing away with more strikes - Fitts is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sluce shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. McGee is trying to defend but Sluce finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Sluce is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Sluce seems to be working for a kimura but McGee defends the submission attempt. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McGee keeping hold of Sluce's head, controlling as best he can. Sluce wants to work for an arm triangle but McGee is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Sluce is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. McGee is staying active underneath Sluce, who seems content to just control the action from this position. McGee pushes Sluce off and gets back to his feet. McGee moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. McGee throws a leg kick and Sluce counters with a takedown into side control. Sluce tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sluce has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Sluce is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, McGee has escaped the position, nice work there. McGee on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if McGee tries to get out of the position. Sluce working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sluce has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. McGee swinging wildly here.
Sluce gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Sluce looks gassed! Sluce moves in looking to clinch but McGee pushes him off.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sluce avoids the head kick by McGee.
McGee throws a nice outside leg kick. Murphy McGee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McGee wants to land a leg kick but Sluce is out of range. McGee chopping away at his opponent's legs.
The fighters circle, before McGee throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Sluce's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! McGee lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Warshaw throws a series of punches but Walker avoids them all with ease. A head kick misses from Walker. Warshaw throws a nice looking combination but Walker bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Walker showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Warshaw.

Warshaw is breathing heavily. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Walker.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Walker lands a big head kick that sends Warshaw to the canvas! Walker follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

It looks like Chuck Swift has been cut. A punch lands to the side of Swift 's head but he takes it in his stride. Mack throws a push kick but Swift slaps the foot to one side. Mack throws a leg kick but Swift sees it coming and checks it nicely. Swift dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Mack will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's gotta hurt. Mack tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Mack shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Swift throws a right and a left that Mack avoids nicely. Swift misses with a shot to the body and Mack counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice body punch from Swift. Swift misses the shot to the body. Swift moves out of range of the strikes. Swift rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Mack counters with a two punch combo. Swift wants to clinch but Mack slips to the side and Mack counters with a flying knee. Nice. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mack misses with a low kick.

and Mack counters with a series of strikes. Swift will be more careful next time no doubt. Mack throws a solid leg kick but Swift takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Mack. Swift lands a jab. Mack throws a head kick that misses. Mack misses with a jab, cross combination.
Swift throws a combination that misses and Mack counters with a nice low kick that buckles Swift's knee momentarily. Mack throws a lazy body kick and Swift counters with a lovely shot to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Swift tries to clinch there but Mack circles away.

Mack lands a head kick. Swift smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Swift sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Swift moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. This has been an exciting period of action! Swift slips a jab and a cross from Mack.
Mack connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Swift's hands. A head kick by Mack misses and Swift decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Mack's guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mack working for submissions but it's allowed Swift to get to half guard.

Mack takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Swift has control of an arm but Mack manages to advance to Swift's back! Mack not allowing Swift to control his hands. Swift tries to escape but Mack has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mack lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Mack.

Chuck Swift showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Chuck Swift's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Johnny Mack is winning the standup battle so far. Mack ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Swift misses with an uppercut
and Mack counters with a left to the body. Mack moves away from the strike by Swift. Swift steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Mack. That one must have hurt. Mack buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Swift tries for a takedown but Mack circles away easily and Mack counters with a nice low kick that buckles Swift's knee momentarily. Mack throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Swift cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Swift takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Swift dodges the punch combination from Mack.
Mack throws a nice outside leg kick. Mack lands with a thumping leg kick.
A low kick from Mack misses and Swift counters with a nice uppercut. Swift misses with a double jab
and Mack counters with a straight right hand. Mack will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Mack makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Swift throws a right hand that misses
and Mack counters with a lovely straight right hand! Mack misses with a hook. That kick from Mack tenderised Swift's leg. Swift is trying to keep his angry face on.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mack throws a solid leg kick but Swift takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Mack. Mack throws a sloppy head kick and Swift counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Swift throws a right hand that misses
and Mack counters with a head kick. A combination from Swift does no damage. Mack cracks a nice hook into Swift's ribs. Mack lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Mack throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Swift looks to land a left hand but Mack moved out of range nicely. Swift waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mack. Mack lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Swift takes a shot to the body in his stride.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Good leg kick by Mack there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Mack smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Swift throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Mack lands a jab to Swift's midsection. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Mack!
Mack lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Swift misses with a left hand and Mack counters with an outside leg kick.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Swift looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mack is fending him off so far but Swift persists. Nope, Mack circles away and we're back to standing. Mack throws a head kick that half lands.
And that's the end of the fight! Johnny Mack showed his dominance in that final round. I think Mack has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morton throws a head kick that misses. Morton throws a low kick but MacReady moves out of range easily. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by MacReady.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Compton throws out a loose jab but Dempsey uses good head movement to avoid it. Dempsey fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Compton misses with a jab to the body
and Compton takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Dempsey avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Compton motions for Dempsey to come forward. Compton throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Dempsey looks to land a combination but Compton avoids it well. Dempsey rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Compton moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Compton swings widly with a right hand

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reilly goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Reilly drives through and clinches with Wright against the cage.
Wright tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Reilly just stands there and leans against the cage. Reilly lands an elbow inside.
It looks like Sid Wright has been cut. Wright managing to block the knees to the body from Reilly.
Still in the clinch, Reilly scores with a nice short uppercut. Reilly pushes Wright back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Reilly comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Reilly tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Reilly throws a front kick that sends Wright stumbling back into the cage. A left lands for Reilly. Reilly lands a big head kick that sends Wright tumbling to the mat! Reilly takes a step backwards and waves Wright back to his feet - he wants the finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donk. Kice catches Oakenhorse right on the button with a cross. Oakenhorse moves away from the strike by Kice. Kice throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Oakenhorse sees it coming and avoids it easily. Kice scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Kice slaps away a takedown attempt from Oakenhorse, before circling back to the center of the mat. Oakenhorse has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Oakenhorse there as he acknowledges the shot. Oakenhorse looks for a takedown but Kice sprawls well. Kice clinches up with Oakenhorse and pushes him back against the cage. Oakenhorse shoots in but Kice avoids the takedown attempt easily. Oakenhorse is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Kice throws a right and a left that Oakenhorse avoids nicely. Oakenhorse closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
