And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lacerda bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Lacerda wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Trout, who protects the arm well.

Lacerda goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Trout has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Lacerda but great work by Trout.

Trout is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Trout is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Lacerda couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ai comes into the arena with Cloud 9 blaring out of the sound system. Meatstock is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eminem - Not Afraid . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ai tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lou Meatstock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Meatstock throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ai counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Ai avoids the body shot from Meatstock.
Meatstock looks to land a right hand but Ai moved out of range.
Meatstock rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ai moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Meatstock swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ai throws a sloppy head kick and Meatstock moves out of range easily.
Meatstock will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Meatstock lands with an uppercut that bounces Ai off the cage and back into rage.
A decent looking cross lands there for Meatstock.

It looks like Mr Ai has been cut.
Ai swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Meatstock connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ai throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Meatstock lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ai circles away quickly and effectively.
Ai dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Meatstock. That did some damage!
Ai tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Meatstock paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Meatstock lands with a good body shot.
Ai uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Meatstock.
Meatstock scores with a decent looking hook.
Meatstock swings widly with a right hand
and Ai cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ai tries to clinch but Meatstock is having none of it.
Meatstock throws a combination. Ai tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Meatstock tries to bum rush Ai with a series of wild strikes but Ai uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Meatstock just misses with a punch to the body.

and Meatstock counters with a crisp one two that drops Ai! Meatstock thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Ai to his feet! Ai is in big trouble!

Mr Ai's cut is getting worse.
Meatstock dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ai is breathing heavily.
Ai takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Meatstock drops Ai with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Ai! Meatstock dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

LeBalls closes the distance looking to clinch
and Wise counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

LeBalls looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Wise is looking to improve his position.

Wise is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but LeBalls pulls his head out easily.
