Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alistar Jingler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Tentotlon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jingler is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Alistar Jingler looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alistar Jingler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jake Tentotlon! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tentotlon throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Jingler is breathing heavily. Jingler takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Tentotlon lands a jab-cross combination. Tentotlon lands with a kick to the temple. Jingler shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Tentotlon scores with a one two! Jingler had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A solid leg kick lands there for Tentotlon.
Tentotlon scores with a jab. Jingler acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Tentotlon throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Tentotlon moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
 Jingler is rocked! Tentotlon scores with a leg kick.
Nice uppercut there from Tentotlon. Jingler needs to keep his hands up - Tentotlon had a free shot at his head there.
Tentotlon lands a big head kick that sends Jingler tumbling to the mat! Tentotlon takes a step backwards and waves Jingler back to his feet - he wants the finish! Oh Jingler is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The fighters circle, before Tentotlon throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Jingler's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Tentotlon lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Procheck misses with a lunging right hand
and Jones counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jones gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Procheck to score an easy takedown into full guard. Procheck trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Procheck tries to free his leg and advance position but Jones is retaining full guard.
Jones looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Jones is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Procheck trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Jones looking for a guillotine here but Procheck defends easily.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Jones manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Procheck manages to get himself to full guard.
Jones stands and steps away. Procheck gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Jones is looking to take this fight into the clinch. The fighters circling - Procheck throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Good exchange - Procheck coming out on top. Procheck getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Procheck looks to land a left hand but Jones moved out of range nicely. Jones moves away from the strike by Procheck. Procheck fails with the takedown. Jones walks into a left hand. Jones tries to clinch there but Procheck circles away.
Procheck fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Procheck closes the distance and clinches up with Jones, looking for a takedown. Procheck pushes Jones against the cage but Jones circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Procheck looks to throw the jab but Jones is out of range.
The fight moves into the clinch position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Procheck misses with a hook from the clinch. Jones fails to pull guard.

Procheck is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Jones blocking some punches.

Procheck works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones keeping moving, preventing Procheck from controlling successfully. Procheck with a flurry of punches that miss. Jones is trying to control the position but Procheck postures up. Procheck trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom.
 OK we're going to have a standup here. Richard Procheck hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Procheck throws a hook but Jones blocks it.
Procheck darts in and clinches Jones up against the cage. Procheck digs a right hand underneath Jones's ribcage. Jones let out a lung full of air as it connected. Jones is breathing heavily. Procheck is pushing Jones up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. A short uppercut from Procheck. Jones tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Procheck smiles and moves away.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Procheck paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Jones slips under a jab from Procheck. Jones on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Procheck dips to his left and cracks Jones with an uppercut! Jones keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Procheck scores with the left hand. Jones knows he should have avoided that one. Procheck lands with a straight right. Jones didn't see that one coming. Procheck has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Jones shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Procheck sprawls well. Procheck wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jones gets slowly back to his feet. Procheck jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Procheck gets in close and instigates a clinch. Nice body punch from Procheck. Jones being controlled against the cage. Procheck lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Richard Procheck dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Procheck drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Procheck wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving. Jones has Procheck pulled in close to control his posture. Jones keeping moving, preventing Procheck from controlling successfully. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
 Richard Procheck has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Jones jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jones. Alex Jones is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jones bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Procheck clinches. Procheck is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Procheck walks away with a smile on his face. Jones gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Jones misses with a takedown attempt - Procheck sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alex Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him. Procheck is trying hard to land a takedown here. Jones sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Procheck is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Procheck takes the fight into the clinch. Procheck drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Jones gets the underhooks and prevents it.

and Procheck takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Procheck scores with a crisp jab that stopped Jones in his tracks. Procheck jabs Jones right on the nose. Jones blinks but takes it well. Jones misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Procheck to score with a decent uppercut. Procheck throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Jones on the side of the head. Procheck misses with a hook. Jones ducked under it nicely. Procheck throws an off balance right hand
and Jones counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Procheck shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jones manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Procheck trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom. Procheck looking to sit in guard and control but Jones gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Procheck wriggles free and stands up.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Procheck stuffs the takedown.
Procheck has closed the distance and engaged Jones in a clinch.
Procheck misses with some punches.
Procheck lands a left hand.
Procheck working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Jones takes a shot to the head. Procheck lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Procheck working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Procheck pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Procheck cracks Jones with an open hand slap. A decent looking cross lands there for Procheck. A left lands for Procheck. Procheck scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Procheck closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jones to the mat! Jones manages to get full guard. Jones keeping moving, preventing Procheck from controlling successfully. Procheck seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

 The ref stands the fighters back up. Richard Procheck was stalling too much, according to the referee. Jones displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Procheck. Jones closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Richard Procheck seems to be getting the better of the standup. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Procheck clinches. A head punch on the inside from Procheck fails to land. Jones looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Procheck lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Procheck looking for a takedown. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Procheck gets through Jones's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Procheck might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jones kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Jones keeping moving, preventing Procheck from controlling successfully. Procheck is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Procheck working some strikes from top position. Procheck wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Procheck looking to sit in guard and control but Jones gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Procheck keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Procheck scores with the left hand. Jones knows he should have avoided that one. Jones takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Procheck throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Procheck off to one side. Jones connects with a jab. Jones leaves Procheck with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Procheck moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Jones is looking to clinch but Procheck is avoiding it.

Procheck is trying to control. Jones wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

And that's the end of the fight! Richard Procheck comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Procheck has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
