Sato kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is In The Morning. 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hank Langston! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sato cracks the inside of Langston's front leg. Langston swings away with a body shot that misses
and Sato counters with a flying knee. Nice. Langston jabs Sato right on the nose. Sato blinks but takes it well. Langston throws a poor cross that misses
and Sato counters with a slapping leg kick. Sato lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Sato slips under a jab. Langston misses with a right hand and Sato finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Sato shoots for a takedown but Langston saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Langston connects with a body shot. Langston throws a combination that misses and Sato counters with an inside leg kick. Sato closes the distance but Langston moves to the side and Langston counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Langston scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Langston misses with a jab, cross combination.

Langston misses with a right hand and Sato counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Sato sitting and controlling from the half guard. Langston kicks Sato off and gets back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Langston swings and misses with a shot to the body and Sato counters with a nice body kick. Sato closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Sato is keen to just control but Langston is a slippery customer. Sato wants to free his trapped foot but Langston is holding on for dear life with his legs. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Langston can do anything to dispel that myth. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Langston wants to get back to his feet. Sato trying to control the action but Langston is working from the bottom. Sato tries to pass to full mount but Langston defends it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sato scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Sato controlling the pace. Sato wants to take a breather but Langston is having none of it. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Sato scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Langston is defending against the submission attempts here by Sato.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Sato controlling the position easily from mount. Sato can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Langston is looking to escape. Sato thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Langston holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Sato tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

It looks like Hank Langston has been cut. Langston is breathing heavily. Sato working the ground and pound effectively.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's one minute gone in the round. A head kick misses from Sato. Sato throws a leg kick which misses Langston's front leg but catches the back leg as Langston tries to avoid it. Langston lands a two punch combo.

Sato avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Langston connects with a good right hand that stumbles Sato. Sato circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fight stays on the outside here - Sato looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Sato takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Langston keeps the fight on the outside. Hank Langston seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sato lands a head kick. Langston smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Hiroshi Sato is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Langston throws an off balance right hand
and Sato counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Langston is lucky that one didn't land flush. Langston blocks the body kick.
Langston is the more experienced fighter here and he's going to need to draw on some of that experience if he's going to pull this one out the bag. Langston throws a lazy uppercut
and Sato counters with a slapping leg kick.

Sato dives in and grabs Langston's left leg, looking for a takedown. Langston pushes down on Sato's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hiroshi Sato. That's going to take a lot out of him. Langston misses with a jab to the body
and Sato counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Langston's guard now. Sato is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sato looking to pass the guard. Hank Langston has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Langston wants to stand but Sato is controlling the position. Sato tries to free his leg and advance position but Langston is retaining full guard. Sato content to stall in guard here. Langston is looking for a triangle but Sato pushes his legs off easily.

It looks like Ovince Lawler has been cut. Lawler misses with a takedown and Crappler counters with a stiff right hand. Lawler tries to keep at a distance but Crappler has taken the fight into the clinch. Crappler lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Lawler misses with a takedown attempt and Crappler counters with a crisp one two that drops Lawler! Crappler thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Lawler to his feet! Lawler is in big trouble!

That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Cedenblad advances position into side control! Rodriguez is trying to get back to half guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. Smith has instead reached around Raivo's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Smith arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kamichel Oucee! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oucee throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Oucee takes a shot right to the bread basket. That kick from Maquiavel tenderised Oucee's leg. Oucee is trying to keep his angry face on. Maquiavel swings for the body but Oucee moves out of range.
Maquiavel displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Oucee throws out the jab. Oucee tries to clinch there but Maquiavel circles away.
Oucee misses the shot to the body. A big right from Oucee misses. Oucee misses with an uppercut
and Maquiavel counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Maquiavel tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Oucee was well out of range. Poor timing from Maquiavel.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oucee tries to close the distance and clinch but Maquiavel swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A combination from Oucee does no damage. Maquiavel ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Maquiavel punishes Oucee's body with a nice straight punch. Oucee uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Maquiavel.
Maquiavel cracks Oucee with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes. Maquiavel swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Oucee misses with an uppercut
and Maquiavel counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Oucee thinking.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Maquiavel missing with a left hand there. Oucee was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Oucee takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Oucee closes the distance but Maquiavel moves to the side and Maquiavel counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Oucee closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Maquiavel scores with a sloppy right hand. Oucee should have avoided that one. Maquiavel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Oucee.

Oucee looks gassed! Maquiavel lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Oucee takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A telegraphed right hand from Maquiavel misses the target. Kamichel Oucee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Maquiavel scores with a crisp jab that stopped Oucee in his tracks. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. A looping hook to the body misses from Oucee. Maquiavel does a little dance to reset his feet. Maquiavel bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Oucee's head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Oucee throws a right hand that misses
and Maquiavel cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Oucee walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Oucee limp body while Maquiavel jumps on to the ropes and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
